When you need to haul something tall or oversized, the LiteRider makes it simple. The soft tonneau rolls up in seconds and secures neatly behind the cab with Quick Clip storage straps. You don’t have to remove anything to get full use of the bed. The aircraft-grade aluminum bows support the cover for easy rolling, and the AutoLatch automatically engages when you close it, so it’s quick to use every day.

The double-coated, UV-blocking vinyl holds its shape, resists fading, and stays flexible down to -40°F. A reinforced flap runs along the tailgate to help keep out rain, snow, and dirt, while the Velcro seals along the sides keep the edges tight. Once the cover is down and the tailgate is locked, your cargo stays protected from both weather and theft.
Getting the perfect fit doesn’t take tools or guesswork. The EZ-Dials at the front of the cover let you adjust tension by hand to keep the surface tight through heat or cold. Tight Bite clamps with built-in teeth grab the aluminum rails securely, so nothing shifts once installed. The rails sit inside the bed, leaving stake pockets open for racks or tie-downs.

The LiteRider sits 1-1/2" above the bed and angles toward the tailgate with the Access Slantback profile. That streamlined shape reduces drag and can improve gas mileage by up to 10 percent. The black powder-coated aluminum rails and clean lines give the truck a low, tidy look that stays that way thanks to rust-resistant materials.
Opening the cover is as easy as pulling the release cord with one hand. When you close it, the AutoLatch clicks automatically, and a slide lock on the opposite side adds extra security. You can still open and close the tailgate normally, or pair it with a tailgate lock for a fully secured bed.

Hi Lee, Thank you for your comment. The owners manual for the cover says that if the latch system doesnt engage, then the first step is to check the side rails for height and level, referring back to a step in the initial setup process, as well as inspecting the latches for jammed or broken parts.
