These twist-link ladder chains are built for traction when conditions get rough. The rounded links dig in firmly through deep snow and mud, helping your tires grip where plain tread would just spin. The ladder pattern gives solid forward traction for better starts and controlled stops when climbing or descending slick grades.
Each chain is made from strong, low-carbon steel that stands up to repeated use in cold and wet conditions. The 0.375" (9.5 mm) link thickness adds durability without making the setup overly stiff, so you get long-lasting strength and dependable performance every season you pull them out.
The twist links are rounded instead of squared off, which keeps the ride steadier on packed snow, icy surfaces, or uneven backroads. You still get serious traction without the harsh vibration that comes with more aggressive link shapes.
This set includes two dual-tire chains—one for each side of your rear axle—so both tires on each side get full coverage. That means balanced traction across your axle for consistent bite when you’re pushing through drifts, backing out of a snowy driveway, or crawling through muddy terrain.
These are straightforward manual-fit chains without levers or cams that can loosen up when reversing or working through ruts. Once they’re tightened down, they stay in place. For an even snugger fit, rubber or chain adjusters (sold separately) can help lock everything down tight. Each set also comes with a reusable canvas storage bag so you can keep them organized between uses.
These chains fit the following tire sizes:
