A loose or misaligned axle can throw off your suspension and make towing rough. This spring seat welds directly onto a 4" diameter round axle (typical 9,000-lb axle) to give the suspension a firm base. It keeps everything square and supported so the axle sits exactly where it should under load.
When leaf springs shift, the ride gets uneven and wear adds up fast. This seat is made to work with 1-3/4" or 2" wide springs, giving a snug fit that keeps the suspension geometry true. It helps the springs do their job—absorbing bumps and keeping your trailer steady mile after mile.
Axle rotation can ruin alignment and stress welds. The flat side of this seat has a cutout that surrounds the raised knob on the leaf spring, stopping any turning or sliding. Once in place, the axle stays locked in position for consistent tracking and dependable handling.
Each axle needs a solid perch on both sides to stay balanced. Two of these seats are required per axle so your setup is properly supported from end to end. It’s a simple layout that restores strength and keeps your suspension working like it should.

It will weld onto a round four inch diameter axle and those are typically your 9,000 pound capacity axles. And this will work with a one and a three quarter inch or two inch wide springs.
You can see that whole cutout that we have there on the flat side that's going to surround the raised knob on the leaf springs to prevent turning or shifting. That's gonna provide the extra support and positioning that the trailer axle needs. You are gonna need two of these spring seats for each axle, one for each side.
