Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're talking safety with our CE Smith safety travel flag with included nylon 11. That's right, folks, so when you're towing anything that's sticking out over the end of your trailer or whatnot, you need to bring attention to that gear you're towing. Make it visible for pedestrians and other travelers. This will flap in the wind.
Make it very visible and let people know, hey, look at me, look at me, so they see that thing that's extending out. Maybe even just a kayak or canoe or something simple. This is super lightweight. You have a nice nylon webbing here to wrap around whatever you're towing as well, to make it easily stay in place and then be visible. So this is a simple thing to do.
It's made of Oxford polyester, so it's not gonna easily fray from being whipped on around in the wind and those kind of things for long periods of time. So very nice high visibility. It's approximately 21 and a half inches long by five and three quarter inches wide. So check your local laws, make sure you're following them. Some states are different than others.
Some states it's about six feet, I believe, overhanging the rear of your trailer. You have to have one of these. But again, check your local laws and regulations to be safe. That's gonna wrap it up, I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
