If you use your truck for work or adventure, you’ll like how this cover handles both. The UltraGroove Metal has integrated T-slots built into the side rails so you can mount a light-duty ladder rack or roof rack without giving up bed space. The Rail Expansion System runs along the full length of the rails, letting you position accessories like kayak mounts or bike carriers wherever you need them. It’s even compatible with the Pace Edwards EL200 elevated rack (sold separately).
When you need to get into your bed, you don’t have to remove the cover. A handle under the rear plate activates a tension spring that automatically retracts the cover into the canister. A built-in pull strap makes it easy to close again, and you can stop it every 12" along the track to cover part of your bed while hauling tall or long gear. The angled canister keeps the view out your rear window completely clear.
Hauling in the rain or snow isn’t a problem. This cover uses multiple layers of weather protection—3/4" wide exterior rail seals, interior seals, endcaps over the tailgate, and weather-resistant silicon hinges between the aluminum panels. Front and rear drain tubes channel water through the OEM drain holes so it stays out of your bed. It’s a near-watertight setup that keeps dust and water from reaching your tools or gear.
The UltraGroove Metal is built from interlocking aluminum panels with a matte black powder-coat finish that resists corrosion. The panels lock together tightly using silicone hinges for a clean, solid fit that doesn’t flex or rattle. The low-profile design sits just 1" above the bed rails, giving your truck a smooth, finished look while helping reduce drag and improve mileage when closed.
With the tailgate closed and locked, the handle and pull strap sit out of reach under the rear plate. That means the cover can’t be lifted or pried open. The rigid aluminum panels resist cutting and bending, so your cargo stays protected from both weather and theft.

I had a Pace Edward's Ultragroove soft top on a previous truck. It was excellent. I just bought the hard top version for my new truck. I expect nothing less in quality!
Tonneau cover delivered in 2 boxes. Well packaged and delivered in very good time. I'm 69 and installed it by myself in about 2 hours. If I were a little younger or had help I have no doubt I could have installed it in less than an hour. I spent a little bit of time going back and forth to my PC to view an [online] video on the installation. It wasn't really necessary, the written instructions were pretty clear. No special tools required nor special skills. Fits great on my long bed F350. Worth noting; the rails only partially cover the stake pocket holes. If you don't have the snap covers that fit in them then you should probably plan on getting some. I was missing one and ended up using some black Gorilla tape (my truck is black) as a make do until I can get a cover. Only time and usage will tell how well the cover is made but my initial impression is very positive, thus the 5 star rating. I've used etrailer.com before and they also continue to rate 5 stars.
This cover fit my Tacoma well. The installation was straight-forward. After one year of use, it still works well and looks good.

Durable, set-and-forget, convenient. Love this tonneau cover. My only complaint about it is that it's very hot to the touch on a Summer day, but otherwise, it meets expectations.
Great tonneau cover -- locks up securely, fits well, doesn't take up too much space, and I still have a ton of options for positioning rack mounts exactly where and how I want them. Took me a little while to get the drainage tubes all positioned and working correctly, but with trial and error it all worked out. Very solidly built. After a full year of hard use outdoors it's in great shape with no fading or corrosion
Very good product. Well made with excellent quality. Only issue I have that the rear seal by tail gate on one side is no longer in the proper position which doesn't seal perfectly. I still love this product and would purchase it again whenever I purchase another pickup.

This cover has all the features you would want in a tonneau cover. The clamps are secure and very sturdy. I had another cover where they used plastic screws to adjust the brackets to the pickup, very flimsy. These brackets are very, very secure on this cover. Best of all a lifetime warrantee! Cover rolls into canister very freely.
This is my second one of these. The first one was 18 years ago and lasted the life of my old truck. A number of my previous complaints have been addressed in this version. It has kickstands on the rear rails and extra drains. The can is smaller and the quality seems as good as the last.
Had one issue with the machining on the LF rail where the grip clamp is supposed to install. The channel’s machining was about 0.020-0.030” less than the rest and required me getting out the mill and matching the dimensions to the others. Hopefully not a big problem for others. Could also file down the clamp’s edge which is easier and shouldn’t cause any issue. Lost about an hour figuring into the problem and making the fix.
They also include little hand hold covers for a Chevy bed but those didn’t seem like they were going to hold up and it took away a good hand hold. I may re-install them or find a better solution if it changes the water tightness since I live in the PNW.
This is just the day 1 post install but I expect this to be excellent like the last and am impressed in the details and fit and finish. The cost of this is high but compared to others the detail work and material quality is very good. Should write a 1year later summary. High hopes for the minus 1 star for the clamp frustration will disappear after use.
After one year in service, it works perfect. Easy installation with a few minor adjustments over the year in service. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a great bed cover. I had one on my F150 and this one on my new F250. Both were great.
I like the bed cover and it looks great on the truck. The install wasn't to hard, but the brackets were hard to install on my 2026 Sierra 3500HD DRW Denali. The fitting seem too fit to tight. I had to use a c clamp to push the two pieces together. It is so tight the set screw isn't really doing anything. Once I installed it everything worked good. I am pleased with the product, but deducted one star due to the fitment of the clamps.
Great product and easy to install. Having issues with my automatic tailgate as it hits resistance at the top and doesn’t close (opens back up to prevent crush injury). I have tried to adjust but I think the end cap on the drivers side rail has something wrong with it. The rubber seems different from the other side and it seems to be a little loose.
