I've now owned my bed cover for a year for my Titan XD. Installation took some time but with two of us working it took about 2 hours. The fit is good, it kept our gear dry on our September 2020 elk hunt and I like the flexibility. The one down side are the zippers don't do well in cold weather and one zipper broke.
The good: Product is good overall. The material is holding up great. It folds up and down very quickly and easily. Does a great job of keeping things dry in the back of my truck during a rain.
The not do good: I have two issues that I think could be resolved fairly easily. The first is how the outside edges of the top fasten to the edges of the truck bed. The issue is that the fastening relies on there being constant tension in the fabric. With vibration from air flow from highway driving, the edges often come loose and will flap in the wind until they are reconnected. This happens especially at the tailgate.
The second issue is the removable bracket at the tailgate. To have full access to the back of the truck, a bracket needs to be removed. This bracket slides in and out. It is very difficult to remove and put back this bracket. It has been a source of frustration messing with it so I typically avoid touching unless I absolutely have to.
The frame was poorly made. Frame did not slide together smoothly without filing every joint to make it for together. The holes needed to be made bigger so the spring clips could fit. The cross bar holding the rear window in place does not install easily without fighting it every time you use it. You can’t open the back window in cold weather without causing damage and cracking. Bestop says anything below 42 degrees can cause cold weather cracks. I don’t recommend this product if you plan on using your truck bed for much. I bought it to protect dogs from the weather so needing to open and close the back window to get dog kennels in and out is common use for me.
Overall I'm very happy with it. it fits just like it shows in the picture, it seems to be very durable. I've had it on for over a year now through wind and snow and rain it's done really good I even take it through car washes. the only complaint I have is where the welting along the bottom that holds the material into the track either needs to be a little longer or a little tighter as it occasionally comes undone especially the rear door it does not stay in its track. I think the manufacturer needs to look at how they are doing the welting along the bottom that slides into the track to keep the sides and back taunt but if you're looking for something to give protection out of sight out of mind yet is easy to fold up or take off. I would recommend as a very cost effective and alternative do a traditional camper shell
