Getting to your gear shouldn’t mean wrestling with the cover every time. The EZ Fold uses a tri-fold hinged design that opens in seconds and exposes two-thirds of the bed. The integrated straps and buckles hold it steady behind the cab once it’s folded up, so it stays secure while you drive.
This cover sits just 3/4" above the bed rails for a smooth, finished look. The low-profile hinge and rail design make it appear built-in rather than bulky. The aerodynamic shape even helps reduce tailgate drag, which can improve gas mileage.
The leather-grain-textured vinyl resists stretching and shrinkage, so it installs easily and stays tight whether it’s hot, cold, or wet outside. Strong aluminum bows run side-to-side to support the cover, and reinforced corner pieces add stability. It’s tough enough for year-round use without sagging or cracking.
Setting it up takes less than 15 minutes because the EZ Fold clamps right onto the top of the bed rails—two clamps per side and no drilling required. The clamps slide along the aluminum bows into place, and when you’re done hauling, you just slide them back and fold the cover up.
Once the tailgate is locked, the cover acts as a theft deterrent by blocking access to the clamps and the bed. You can leave your tools, groceries, or gear under it knowing they’re out of sight and protected.

What's up everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're checking out the Besttop EZ Fold Tonneau Cover. So we got a tonneau cover that's really easy to put on there or take off when you need to. Let's check it out. The cover's gonna be made out of a soft vinyl material, but it is spread over this frame so there's gonna be four bars, one back here, here, here, and here to help hold it up and keep it stretched out. So that's gonna help you out if it snows or rains.
It's not gonna gather and cause it to droop down. It's not gonna have those problems. And also UV resistant so you don't have to worry about the elements really bothering it at all. One of the nice things about this cover is it's gonna be stretched over a frame. Some of the other roll up ones, soft covers, you have to go along the sides every time you roll it out and push it in on the hook and loop and that's gonna be on both sides.
And after a while you don't have to do that but when it's new you will have to stretch it out yourself and that's kind of a pain. This one, you don't have to worry about that. You just fold the panels really easily or undo them just as easy and it always stays in place. One of the other things that makes this easy to use is gonna be the clamp system. There's gonna be two in the back and then two up there in the front.
And all you do is throw the lever to unlatch it on both sides and you can start folding it up. Now with the cover you fold up the first panel like this. Now you can't keep it here, there are no clamps for this section, so you either have to have it all the way out or all the way up front right here. You also have clips so that when it is in this position, you just clip it in on both sides, and it'll stay there. Underneath the sides of the tonneau cover you have this foam padding and you peel back this part that way it starts to form fit to your truck rails when it's all down in place.
It's gonna take a couple hot days for that to happen but the nice thing is this will conform to the grooves in your rail and then be more form fitting. Those foam pads are a nice addition just to help keep rain out the bed. None of the tonneau covers are gonna be waterproof. They all let some rain or water in but this one's gonna help just keep some of it out. When the cover's flipped upside down, you can see the aluminum rails here underneath. They look like they're bowed and they're pushing up a little bit just to keep that tension on that vinyl cover at all times. Another thing when looking at tonneau covers, is how you're gonna use your truck. We have rails here for fifth wheel and that's something to consider, is it gonna work with this cover. Now this is a longer bed, so it's about eight foot so we have plenty of room in here that it might work. But some things to think about if you had a shorter bed, you wanna think about how much space this is gonna be taking up in the front of your truck and how much is gonna be sticking up. So this is gonna be sticking up about four inches. So I would go to your trailer that you wanna haul or connect to your fifth wheel and get those measurements to keep in mind to make sure, see if you can use this at the same time as having the fifth wheel dropped in. If you can't though, there are only four attachment points. You just pop those levers and you can pull it off and set it aside and use your fifth wheel. Something else I like it is it doesn't take up any bed space whatsoever. So if you get one of those hard tonneau covers that usually have a canister, it's nice that it all goes all the way there and it can stop at any place but that takes up extra bed space. So if you wanted to put a toolbox in there or you have a toolbox and you we're gonna use this with this, it will work with this tonneau cover. It'll sit down there, low profile. If you have a chest design toolbox, this will go right over top of it and you can use them at the same time. Overall, I do like this tonneau cover. It's really nice how easy it is to put on here or even take off. That way you're not fully committed to a tonneau cover that takes a lot to install or a second set of hands to set in place and remove. Most of them can be removed pretty easily. But this one, you don't have to drill any the holes for it either, there's no clamps, it's all by hand. You don't need tools and I think that's really great especially if you want to use your truck bed. You wanna completely remove this out of the way, you can do so. Just make sure that you enter in the fit guide and get the right one for your truck. That way it fits like it should. Well, I think that does it. Thanks for hanging out and I hope this helped..

This cover is solidly built and attacked quickly and securely to the bed rails. It works as designed with one minor issue. As the foam at the cab end of the cover is thicker than the foam on the side rails there is a small gap between the cover and rail on the top third of the cover. This can easily be resolved with weather stripping. That issue isn't big enough to detract from 5 stars.
Cover was simple to install and looks great on my new 2022 GMC Canyon . Very well made and light weight !

I received my vinyl tonneau cover and it happened to have a small cut in it (looked to have been caused during delivery). I contacted the customer service department and made them aware of the issue. With in a day I was contacted by the customer service department and was told a replacement product would be sent and UPS would be picking up the damaged cover. I could not have asked for a better, faster, and extremely easy to work with company. I received my new tonneau cover and it is perfect.
The cover has done above and beyond my expectations and would recommend this product, especially if you still like using your bed on a regular bases, easy and light to work with for open bed or closed.
My truck bed cover worked great over 3869 miles. Drove from Houston, TX to Orange County, CA and back in 6/2020. No leaks either. We were in a terrible storm with hail in Witchita Falls,TX. It looks good too! I was really fortunate to purchase the cover at a great discount due to a small blemish. The item arrived as scheduled. Customer service is great!
I feel I received good value for the money. Very easy to install and remove or fold-up.
So far, the material has held up well, though I think the clamps could use a little more reinforcement. The only complaint is that despite trying to get the cover as tight as possible, it flaps in the wind while driving and I am concerned that it will accelerate deterioration of cover, perhaps if were a little heavier. That all said, I would recommend this cover.
I could not be happier with the Tonneau Cover and the Trailer Hitch Receiver. Both installed easily and the directions were excellent. After one year of heavy use they are both in great condition.
This is a well made tonnage cover. It fits very well and looks great on my 2019 Silverado truck. I recommend etrailer and this cover.
Great product and great service. The cover arrived with one of the hinges broken. I reported it and with in a week I had a new hinge sent to me. Five minute repair and I'm good to go. No problems since.

Just installed this tonneau cover I have to say the instructions were good took about 15 minutes to fully install the cover. Very easy to install and I'm no expert no tools needed and the cover looks great and if needed to take off very easily comes off. I have only had installed for couple days but looks great just have to see how it holds up but already have received compliments on this cover thanks Cathy (sales representative).

This is a great cover for the money, fits great, installation was super easy, has nice low profile look and is super easy to use. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because one of the clamps that is supposed to be free sliding was stuck I tried to free it loose with a flat head screw driver and hammer per the advice of Bestop customer service but it wouldn't break loose so I just tapped into place with the hammer and screw driver.
This is a great cover, it meets all my requirements. I wanted a cover that is easy to put on and off and is light weight.

latch broke on my first trip.(1 hour I need replacement latch as the current one came appart. Ilike the aluminum frame , but not a fan of the latch.

Easy installation. After almost 2” of rain recently the truck box remained dry.
