Most roll-up covers sit high and break up the clean lines of your truck. The Lorado keeps things sleek. It sits just 1 inch above the truck box, using the Access Slantback design to angle toward the tailgate for a streamlined look. The low stance also helps cut wind drag, which can improve gas mileage by up to 10 percent.
When you need the whole bed for hauling large gear, just roll the cover up. The reinforced vinyl top peels back easily from the Velcro side seals and stores neatly behind the cab with premium straps and clips. You can open or close it in seconds, and the bows under the cover keep it supported and rolling smoothly every time.

Rain, snow, and road grit stay out thanks to the Element weather seal at the cab and a reinforced vinyl flap at the tailgate. The double coated, UV-blocking vinyl stays flexible down to -40°F and won’t fade in the sun. It keeps its tight fit through every season without cracking, shrinking, or warping.
The AutoLatch II system locks automatically on both sides when the cover is closed. Just pull the cord for quick one-hand release. The easy-grip XT-Dial at the cab lets you fine-tune the cover tension without tools, so it always stays snug across the rails no matter the weather.

The black powder coated aluminum rails and bows resist rust and mount inside the bed rails, keeping stake pockets open for racks or tie-downs. Tight Bite clamps with serrated teeth hold the rails firmly in place for a solid, no-slip fit. The whole system stays sturdy, low, and ready for whatever the day brings.

What's up everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be checking out the Access Laredo soft roll-up Tonneau cover on our 2022 Ram 2,500. When it comes to Tonneau covers, you have a few different options. Most case scenarios you're gonna go with a trifold hard design or a canister design that goes down in the bed or you have the soft tonneau cover. The benefits for this is it's gonna roll up and take up less room here in the back window to where a trifold one would fold up against the back window and take up that whole window. You wouldn't be able to see out of there.
A canister would go down in the bed and take up bed space at the same time. So you don't wanna sacrifice any bed space. So that's what makes the soft Tonneau cover so nice. When you roll it up, it's outta the way and it doesn't go down into the bed of the truck so you can still load it up with whatever you want. It's gonna be a vinyl, textured cover.
It's also UVs resistant. So you don't have to worry about that. And it's got support bars on the inside that are gonna be black powder coat aluminum. So that's gonna help keep its form and that tension when it's here on the truck. Another nice thing is that it only sticks up about an inch from the rails here on the side.
So it's pretty low profile. It works really easy bringing the tailgate down. You can operate it with one hand to let the tension off and roll it up. You just pull on this rope here in the center that releases the sides. I'll show you how it works right here.
I pull on that, that releases those and it unclamps from the rails and then you just roll it up from there to the front. You got the hook and loop on the sides you can see coming undone. That usually helps stretch it out when you have it towards the back on the tailgate installed. Rolling it up to about here. Now you have full bed access like I was talking about. It doesn't take up much. Maybe a little bit here towards the front but everything can still fit in there underneath, no issues. You also have buckles so you can actually attach it to keep it in place. So just unbuckle it from underneath And bring that buckle around and attach it right there. So it might need to get a little more length on there but it is adjustable so that's nice. So bring it up and around. You can even tighten it up a little bit if you need to. It attaches with these clamps that go between the bed and the new rail around to the side. You match up the grooves to get those tight. Now depending on your bed length we have four of them on this one. Some trucks only need three but they're pretty easy to install. It's not too bad. You also have tensioning knobs towards the front that help you get that tension in that Tonneau cover. So that was pretty nice. And you even get extra tools to do that. You just use that hand knob, measure both sides and make sure they're even. And that gets more attention on the cover if it loosens over time. I know I talked about it earlier, but just wanted to show you what I was talking about. You see how low our cover is all rolled up. This is gonna be the top of the headrest here. This is gonna be the bottom of the window. You can see everything just fine out the back window. This is not impeding your vision whatsoever. And from the inside looking out, you can't even see the cover rolled up there towards the back of the truck. Rolling out the cover is just as easy. You just bring it out to the back. We're gonna look at how it latches in place. I just go ahead and roll it out. Line it up back here first. See we're gonna pull on it just a little bit. I get this section to go in the back of the rails. You see this side cut, bring it down, pull it down into place, close our tailgate and then go back along the sides and push in the hook and loop. It's pretty much already attached but it doesn't hurt to just run both sides to make sure that it's secured. Start install. We're gonna put our a rail up here to the bed rail, make sure that's level. And we're gonna install our clamps. Now recommend maybe getting a second set of hands to hold this in place. So you can do the clamps with both hands. You can install them but I think I can get it done with just one. So you're gonna have these clamps here. You look at the instructions, there's two different ways. So with the clamp loose, you're have to be open. So the grooves are gonna match up with the grooves here on the bottom of our rail. You want that to go as high up on the rail as you can. You're gonna have to loosen a little bit more. There we go. Now it's going towards the top. And then see the grooves are lined up so it's gonna get a good bite, Gonna go as close to the front as we can. It looks good right about here. And let's get this hand tight. And we'll come back with a ratchet and tighten it down some more. And we're gonna use all four clamps on this truck because of the bed size. So we're gonna put another one right here and go down the line. Going down the line we're just gonna put our other clamp right here and the last one will be towards the end of our truck bed. Again, as you do this, make sure the rail's flush with your side rails as you continue down there. Once you get the first two done as you can see it's holding itself up so I can just focus on getting this clamp tightened. Using the included alcohol wipe we're gonna wipe off the bulkhead. Now we got a spray in bed liner on here. So that can be a little tougher for it to stick to. When we clean it off I think I'm gonna come back with some alcohol. We have that here and just wipe it down a little bit more just to make sure it's clean. We're gonna start peeling back the protective part of the adhesive. So then we can stick on the seal on our bulkhead. Make sure the raised part is facing inside the bed and go from this end to the other. Try and keep it on there straight. You might have to cut it on the other side. I have scissors here to do that. I'm just carefully peeling back to protective and pushing down on it. Peel off the rest of it all the way to the end. It looks like we are gonna have to cut some off which is no big deal. I got the scissors right here. Just go right there. I'll come back and clean it up after I cut with the scissors. Here you go. Push it on there. Looks I got a little bit more to cut off. I'm gonna get a razor knife and finish that up. With alcohol and a paper towel again, we're gonna clean off the end of our rails here, our side rails and we'll attach our other seal. Peel back our protective on the adhesive. We're gonna have to cut this to length just like we did before. So make sure you put the bigger end towards the back on the tailgate 'cause that's what's actually sealing it. So I'll stick that on there. Then we'll come back with the scissors and cut off the rest. Now we're gonna go ahead and close the tailgate to make sure it closes properly with our seals in place. Looks good on both sides. The cover comes pre-rolled. So we're gonna set on the tailgate to do some assembly here. We're gonna add the tension adjusters to the side. Now a good way to make sure you got it set right is make sure the buckles are facing towards you. 'Cause we're gonna set this in a place and roll it back once we've done this. So making sure it's in the right spot. Make sure you have the right tensioner. The left is got an L marked on it, is gonna be for the driver's side. There's gonna be an L on this portion and that portion right there. So you know you got it in the right spot. And we're gonna match up to the threaded knot that's already in there. We'll add our bolt and washer. We'll just get that hand tight for now just to keep it in place. So we're gonna take this, put the front of it, there's a notch in the rail that's made to slide in. Slide one slide in through the notch to get it level and then we can work the other side in as well. With it in the track, we're gonna slide it back up towards the cab. Looks good right about there. With it slid into place we're gonna bring our attention over to the side. Now we wanna match up this hole with the hole in the rails. We also have this from earlier. You're gonna wanna back this off so you can tighten it like I did just a little bit. You want this to go over the rails. That's gonna keep it in place. So I'm gonna do that real quick First. That's gonna attach the cover to the rails. Now that clamp's grabbing on the bottom of the rail. I know it's gonna stay there. Then we'll bring the tensioner over and that lines up now with that hole. Just gonna drop the bolt through. Line up with the hole. Now add our washer now to the bottom side. And come back and tighten that down. Once you've got this set into the place with everything hand tightened, I would make sure that the vinyl flap down here towards the back is down between the cab not hanging off to the front. You want it down underneath. And now we're gonna go to both sides and tighten up our tensioner and the other bolt on the underside. Now we're gonna roll out the cover. And see how the tension works. And make sure it lines up properly. Looks like we might have to tighten up the tension just a little bit. It doesn't look quite as tight as we want it, but that's okay. It should be a simple adjustment. We have the hand knobs that are built in so we turn it that way, that's tight. So we're just gonna do that on both sides until it gets to where we need it to be. Overall installation wasn't that bad. I think it looks good on the truck too. Soft Tonneau cover really does cover up the back of the truck. Keeps prying eyes away from it, but also makes it look nice. I think it does look sleek that way. And you can have protection on whatever you throw in the back. Maybe throw some groceries or something back there instead of using the cab. You know it's gonna be protected if it does rain. Well I think that does it. Thanks for hanging out. Hope this helped..

great service, easy to order and had big heavy parts and everything shipped free! shipping was very quick. I have already started recommending etrailer.com to others
Directions addendum for Honda Ridgeline are not clear and comprehensive.
This is the second truck cover that I've purchased and I am very happy. Both me trucks have great bed covers!
Love my tonneau cover. This is the second truck I have purchased one of these for--I liked the first one so much I purchased another. It keeps thing in the bed dry, but is easy to roll up when I haul taller items. I highly recommend it!
Not quite what I wantedThe ordering process from etrailer was flawless as usual, but the cover wasn't exactly what I wanted.
The quality of the product is nice and the installation wasn't difficult at all, I was able to do it with the 'help' of my 3 year old son.
But I ordered a soft cover because I wanted to retain as much of the use of the bed as possible, but the cover rails install inside the bed rails and are about 3 inches wide. The instructions say not to lean anything against the rolled up cover or the rails :(
I think I'll have to take the rails off the first time I get a load of gravel so they don't get damaged.
This is my first cover so I don't know if this is typical.
I ordered a Tonneau Cover for my new truck. It was shipped directly from the manufacturer and arrived in a few days. The box was damaged resulting in some parts be lost. Jenny B. of etrailer was a tremendous help and my replacement parts arrived in a few days. The product and service were exceptional.
Self-installed a great roll-up cover, excellent. Directions aren't quite idiot proof but managed to figure them out. Very happy with the product. Had one on a previous truck, excellent as well.
I just installed the Access Lorado Roll-up cover on a 2019 Honda Ridgeline. This is a well made product and I am delighted with the purchase. The box arrived from the factory within a week of ordering from etrailer.com.
Self-help installation was hassle free for one person using printed instructions and on-line videos. Make sure you pay close attention to installation of the tension adjuster so that the notches on both fiberglass reinforced plastic components engage the side rail properly (both components slide under the side rail until the notch is engaged).
The cover fits like a glove out-of-the box, and it looks amazing! I look forward to exposing it in all weather conditions but it appears to be reasonably watertight.
The box included a small package called the sound and vibration dampening kit that includes velcro hooks to better hold the rear cross rod to the rail, and rubber seals to dampen sound between the cover and two rear cross rods. I'll install this kit later if I notice a concern but I am impressed that Access would include it, likely in response to customer feedback.
Access Lorado is a great cover! I have two trucks both with this cover. It allows easy access to my bed and the ability to haul large items without removal including a slide in truck camper. Great cover, great price.
I have had this Tonneau cover for over a year now, one of the best truck accessories I have ever purchased. Installation was easy, the latch mechanism works great, very durable tonneau material. Fast and free delivery. Highly recommend this cover and Etrailer!
I was delighted with the ease of installation and operation of the Access Lorado Tonneau cover. With previous covers I have had, closing them up was enough of a chore that I would leave it open until sure that I was not going to need access to my truck bed for a while. With the Lorado, I can open and close it with one hand and have no hesitation closing up. My only negative experience with this cover was the quality of bolts used in the rail clamps. The plating was rough and bound up when tightening so it seemed tight when it was not. I am sure it worked great in the Muppet labs with good quality bolts, but the cheap ones that I got were a bit of a pain. Lubrication and running them in and out a few times helped smooth out the rough spots after i figured out why the clamps were falling off.
45min install ,perfect fit ,completely water proof ,secure, improved gas mileage, love it ! Had one on a previous truck, and knew I had to get one for my new Nissan Titan XD. Thanks guys .
This is a great bed cover. It fits my Ranger perfectly and has a good design to keep out almost all rain from getting into the bed. It's good to be able to park at a mall or restaurant and know what ever is in the bed is relatively safe. The videos for installation were helpful. I have had Access covers in the past and they lasted over 10 years in the weather outside. I did give it a monthly application of 303 protectant.
Easy install. Only takes one person. Looks great and arrived a week early. My Honda Ridgeline trunk is funtional with top open or closed. Only a slight restriction on how far it will open.
Good quality. Easy install. Makes the truck look professional and ready for some work. I paired this with a tailgate lock and a tailgate assist strut, makes things nice and secure, and protected from the elements.

Easy install seems to be a good quality was in Myrtle Beach during Tropical storm Elsa and kept bed contents protected. Easy to open and close straps hold in place when rolled up. Fast shipping and looks great!
2021 Trail Boss
Not a bad product for the price
I was looking for a tonneau cover for our F-250 long Bed truck. I’ve owned products from Access in the past and knew they were high quality. This soft tonneau cover is no exception. It arrived two days after I placed the order. While unboxing it, the care in which it was packed was evident. This was a sign of things to come. The directions are well written. The install took about 35 minutes. I am very happy with the quality of the parts and the overall look of it on our truck.
I also have to mention the helpful folks at trailer. The person I spoke with while ordering, made sure I ordered the right one for our truck. She answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Excellent customer service.
Great cover and fits like a glove. Fast shipping as well.
Fit my 98 Nissan Frontier just fine. The cover is durable and no leaks whatsoever. Had to trim my bed liner for it to fit, because I didn’t want totally remove the liner.
Top of the line roll up cover,, Better than the one I had before.
Great fit, easy to install!
Product was exactly what I expected. Directions were easy to follow. Installation was exactly easier than I expected. Looks great.
