Rain, snow, and sun can all take a toll on your truck bed and gear. The Access Limited Edition cover uses double-coated, reinforced vinyl that blocks UV rays and stays flexible down to -40°F. The Element seal at the cab and the reinforced vinyl flap at the tailgate help keep out dirt, rain, and snow, while the TrailSeal tailgate gasket closes off gaps along the sides and bottom. Together, they keep the bed cleaner and drier through all seasons.
When the cover rolls down, the AutoLatch II automatically locks at both sides to keep your gear protected. You can pop it open with one hand using the built-in release cord. It works seamlessly with your tailgate, and when paired with a locking tailgate, it turns the bed into a secure storage area for tools, luggage, or groceries.
You don’t have to remove this cover to haul large items. Just peel back the Velcro edges, roll it up toward the cab, and secure it with the built-in premium straps. The bows and rails made from black powder-coated aluminum keep the cover supported and rust-resistant. Even rolled up, it stays low enough that you still have full use of stake pockets and bed-mounted accessories.
Getting a tight, wrinkle-free fit is quick thanks to the XT-Dial at the front of the cover. You can fine-tune the tension by hand, no tools required. The Tight Bite clamps grip the bed rails firmly with integrated teeth and include tie-down rings for securing cargo. The rails sit inside the bed so ladder racks or other rail-mounted gear stay compatible.
The Access Limited Edition adds practical touches that make daily use easier. The 18-inch battery-powered LED light strip with 30 bright white LEDs sticks under the bed rail to light up your cargo area. The 5-foot EZ-Retriever II pole lets you grab items from the back without climbing in, and the included Cover Care cleaner keeps the vinyl top looking fresh.

If the cover comes with an element seal gasket, cut two 1 1/2 inch sections, and place them to fit the gaps between the front bulk head and the bed rail. Loosely assemble the brackets to the rails using both flat washers, lock washers, and nuts. Remove the plug at the end of the channel. Slide the carriage bolt bracket and bolt into the channel of the Utili-Track, with one set per rail bracket. Position the side rail with the weather strip against the inside lip of the box. Line these carriage bolts up with the brackets, and secure them with these serrated nuts.
Just leave them finger tight for now. Push down on the rail so you fully compress the seal while you tighten the rear serrated nut to fifteen to twenty foot pounds. Make sure the rail is parallel with bed caps, then tighten the front serrated nut to fifteen to twenty foot pounds. Push the rail towards the side of the bed to compress the seal, and tighten the bolts left loose in step two. Now repeat all these steps with the second cover rail..

Cover still works great. Still looks brand new. Seals very well. Minimal water intrusion when going through car wash. I would definitely recommend this cover. Pay a little more for the quality, don’t go cheap.
