53” Thule bars fit our 2021 RAV4 Hybrid! Most people appear to be using 47” bars for the 2021 RAV4 with flush roof rails, but that’s smaller than I wanted. I sometimes carry a sheet of plywood, or a kayak plus a cargo box, and wanted a wider rack for that. I had heard that upsizing to the 53” bar was potentially not possible because the mounting slots on the bottom of the bar may not accommodate the rail locations relative to the bar length. ETrailer helped me out with some dimensions, so I bought the 53” bar knowing it would be close. There is only about a quarter inch of play on either side on the rear bar, but it fit (the front bar had more play, since the towers are a bit further apart at the front).
I’m SO happy with the result! Now I can carry what I want on the rack, and have room to spare! It looks pretty good too!
Mounted on 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid with no roof rails. The bar seems well made and was easy to assemble. The instructions for my vehicle were less helpful. Rear bar did not fit at the recommended width settings. Rear bar clamps also had to be adjusted as wide open as possible and still barely fit around the side of the roof. Front bar fit well at the recommended location and width settings, and I had no issues with the front bar clamps.

While it does fit my 2021 Ram 1500 as advertised, it is very difficult to get rack in the exact spot where the attachment feels secure.
Really impressed the quality of this product. It really fits well with my Ford Maverick. The videos really helped with the install.
Fit well, not to hard to assemble & mount but both of the bars were dented during shipping.Needing to use soon so no time to wait on return, shipping etc. So just mounted them. If you zoom in on closer pic you can see the dents. Have used Thule racks on 3 trucks now and have always been pleased with quality & durability.

Seems to be a good quality product but the installation instructions are awful. And I don't know if I was supplied with the wrong parts for my f250, but following the directions and using the supplied plastic strips with the measurement markings (indicated for F250) resulted in the mounting brackets being about 8 inches too close together. The directions indicated the front should be set at 52-1/4" and the rear set at 52". This wasn't remotely close to fit my F250. I ultimately had to resort to just adjusting the brackets by trial and error which resulted in them being almost to the ends of the 60" crossbars.
They now fit great. But the plastic measurement strips used to set the brackets widths don't even have numbers for how wide the brackets must be installed. Since my bars are the actually 60" as indicated in the product information, either the plastic measurement strips included in my kit were the wrong parts or the installation instructions are flawed. I expected better from Thule. Especially given that these bars really are overpriced for what they are. Over $[XX] once delivered is ridiculous. But, the market dictates the cost and I understand that.
Completed installation and everything seems well made.
Instructions are poor, once I figured out what was missing from them it was easy. The video I was sent was not very descriptive the product it self seem well made
Wasn't sure at first, even seemed like it may not fit, but after measuring it out patiently, and placing it exactly where it needs to be the roof rack fit like a glove, sturdy and solid. Thank you, etrailer. Merry Christmas.
It fit my Maverick PU as expected and holds my canoe securely and with style! Certainly makes my little pickup more practical for hauling long loads such as canoes, a ladder, a few long boards.
I recommend the Thule WingBar Evo system if you have a Ford Maverick.

Works great on n multiple vehicles. I am sure we have overloaded it a time or two with Thule box, fishing Kayaks, or building supplies! Easy to set up, minimal wear on the paint, overall a solid product!

Absolutely worth every penny! The quality is exactly what you’d expect from Thule—solid, well built, and incredibly secure. Installation on my 2025 Toyota Corolla LE was straightforward, and everything fit perfectly. Once installed, the rack feels rock solid with no rattling or movement.
I’m using it to transport my kayak, and it gives me a lot of confidence knowing my gear is safely secured. It also looks great on the car and doesn’t take away from its appearance at all.

I had ordered the Rhino Rack and it was shipped with problems to the system and looked like I got one that had been previously returned. So I returned it and replaced it with the Thule Wing Bar Evo roof rack. They shipped the new system out quickly and processed my refund quickly. Thanks eTrailer.
What a difference in the build quality and packaging in the Thule system over the Rhino Rack system. It was very easy to install and looks good on the truck.
