Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Vitrifrigo stainless steel RV refrigerator and freezer. Now this refrigerator is going to give you 8.2 cubic feet of total food storage without taking up extra space. The main 5.5 cubic foot refrigerator here is going to handle foods and drinks that you reach for most often. And let me see if I can give you a close up view there real quick, just a slightly different angle, but hopefully a better view of the inside.
I'm going to come around here just to go over some of the features inside. So as you can see, we do have some shelving here on the inside of the door. We've got a section here for bottles to keep them from tipping over. And then we have our steel racks are going to be adjustable along with these two smaller CRISPR drawers here at the bottom. So basically you've got the makings here of a residential fridge on kind of a lower scale or smaller scale, rather, is the term I'm looking for.
And it's going to close securely like that. And then our freezer is going to be the lower section. And I'm going to try to give you an overhead view of that just so you can kind of see inside of that drawer. So again, the drawer, the freezer is going to give you about 2.6 cubic feet of that storage. As you can see, it's going to be very easy to organize that drawer as well.
By the way, you might notice that gray film there at the bottom. That is something that you can remove once you get this. That is put there up at the factory to protect the inside, that stainless steel finish from scratches or anything like that while it's being shipped. So you can just peel that off for a nice, clean, stainless steel finish when you are ready to use this. So everything works very smoothly.
It closes very securely and that's due in part to the steel lock closure system that we have here on our refrigerator door and our freezer drawer. So that's going to help keep this closed securely as you're going down the road. One thing I did want to mention is that each of these doors have the ability to be vented. So if you're not using this, you're going to power this down, and maybe you're not going to be using your boat or your RV for a while. You can pull this latch out here on our fridge door. That's going to allow you to close the door, but keep it slightly ajar as you can see there. And the same with our drawer. Let me give you another overhead view. Hopefully you can see that a little more clearly. So I'm just going to pull that latch out, and then that's going to allow me to close that door, but again, slightly ajar. So that's going to allow air to get in there to vent. You're not going to have to worry about mold or mildew forming while this is not in use. And then when you are ready to use this to power it back up, you're just going to slide those latches back like that. And then that's going to allow you to close it flush and use it as normally. So that's a great feature that Vitrifrigo puts in all of their refrigerators no matter the size or the kind. It's a great option to have. Now, let me give you some measurements before we go any further. I measure this before our time together. I should have mentioned as we began, this is sitting a little bit taller for me because I have this on a floor dolly so I can move this around a little easier. So measuring from the top to where it's going to be sitting here on the bottom, about 52 inches tall. The overall length, about 26 7/8 inches long. And then let me go ahead and rotate this, give you the measurement of the depth. We're sitting pretty close to 23 inches deep. So while I'm here, let me go ahead and give this a little bit of a spin so you can see the back here as well. And so you can see all of the, you got the power cables here to plug in for each section. So you can see what's going on in the back there. Insulation's going to be pretty flexible. The refrigerator has dual mounting positions allowing this unit to be configured for either an inside or outside insulation. The door is reversible by the way. So if you don't like it opening in this position, you can reverse the way that it opens for your particular setup. So it is flexible in that way as well. And this is constructed of marine grade steel. So it's going to be very durable. It's going to really have a more of an upscale appearance, if you will. It looks like modern appliances that you have in a new home. Vitrifrigo is known for making premium refrigeration products. And this is no exception to that at all. This is going to work with your 12 and 24 volt DC and your 100 and 240 AC. But this is going to be a great option for you to consider if you're looking for organized refrigerator and freezer space, giving you that residential feel.
