Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look together at this Norcold Black RV Mini Fridge. Now this compact, under counter mounted mini fridge is gonna be perfect for small RVs or outdoor kitchens. And this is going to fit into tight spaces in your RV, camper, or van or boat. And this is gonna be great for grabbing a cold drink or snack after a long drive.
And it's gonna be super handy at campfires, barbecues, and weekend getaways. Now this mount flush, this will mount flush rather under your counter with a hidden grill for ventilation. I think you can see that right down here. And so, you wanna install this refrigerator obviously in a convenient location, but away from extreme heat and cold. And so, the built in vent down here is going to make sure that you have enough airflow.
You wanna make sure it has clearance at the top and the bottom just to make sure that that airflow is going to get through those vents. And so, it's not gonna be blocked in any way. The cutout dimensions. Beginning with the width here is gonna be 18 1/2 inches wide, 20 1/2 inches tall, and then right about 21 1/16th inches deep for the cutout. So, I'm just gonna pop this open here.
You're just going to pull this lever here and that's going to allow you to easily open it. And so, inside you have 2.7 cubic feet of ample storage space. So, that's going to give you enough room for groceries, for a short trip. And then as you can see, we do have this really nice blue interior LED light. And then, right up here we do have a freezer section there.
So, you've got enough room to maybe put in one or two ice cube trays that are stacked. Some pizza rolls, small thing of ice cream maybe. So, that's a nice inclusion there. Let me go back out to a wide view here real quick just so you can see the shelves on the door. Let me bring that in just a little bit here. You get two of them. And so, and they can be removed if you need to remove them for whatever reason. You have one rack inside. So again, quite a bit of storage space for the size. And let me go ahead and turn the lights off here real quick just so you have a good view of that bright blue LED. I'm gonna go in for my closeup there. So, obviously it's not gonna be as bright coming through the camera, but in person it really does light it up very well, so you can really see what's going on, especially when you're grabbing that midnight snack. You're not gonna have to disturb anybody. So, I'm gonna go ahead and turn my studio lights back on. And this does have a sleek black interior that's gonna compliment most RV and Marine appliances. And it's going to lock close there, so you're not gonna have to worry about this accidentally popping open or anything like that. Obviously, I do have it connected to a 12-volt power. And so, I'm gonna go ahead and disconnect that there just so I can show you the hookup here. So, it's gonna be a very easy installation. And I had it running for just a few minutes before our time together and it really started cooling down inside. So, it's really going to be pretty effective at cooling down and keeping your items inside cold or frozen if you are using the freezer section. Instructions are going to be included with this. And if you decide that this is going to work for you, we would love to hear back from you regarding your experience with installing this and getting this in, putting this to use. I haven’t used it yet but it looks like it will take care of my needs. Thank you.
So far so good
It was exactly what it was looking for at a moderate price
The refrigerator is what I expected. No surprises. I installed it in my boat. It was fairly easy to install. Keeps everything cold and freezer works well.
Great service. The refrigerator arrived on time. No complaints.
Unbelievably quick shipping, and arrived on damaged and works great
While we just received the product and not tested it, Ian have no doubt as to the quality. This is based on the advise and service that Stacy at trailer has provided. It arrived well ahead of schedule and in good condition.
I purchased the Norcold fridge to replace my old propane/110v. When I say old it was 54 years old. Pull and twist igniter. I decided to go 12volt because I’ve upgraded my ‘71 truck camper to batteries, a 110v charge converter, and a dc/dc charge converter while driving. It fit with almost no modification to the existing space. I had to cut the top of the opening about 1 1/2 inches and run 12v power. It runs quiet and gets cold fast. According to my meter it’s only using 50 watts. It doesn’t care if I’m not level. I don’t have to worry about leaving the propane on while driving or getting fuel. The door latch is great and the light inside is bright. I love it!
