Got invoice stating that my package would arrive January 11, I get an email the next day stating that I would be getting the package on the 12th, with no updates my package arrived on the 16th. This microwave was not double box like my previous purchase I believe there is some damage to this because it was not double boxed not a happy customer

This product was delivered quickly. It did have a small cosmetic dent. I didn't send it back. It fit perfectly in the place the old one came out. Easy to install.

The first one had dents in the corners. I was shipped a replacement and it had more damage than the original. I got busy with work and taking care of my sister due to a MVA.

    Hey Terri! The best replacement microwave for your Furrion FMCM15A-BL is the 1.5 Cu Ft High Pointe which is available in Stainless Steel # HP94ZR as well as the Black # HP44ZR. These models don't have the air fryer feature, but if you really wanted it either of the Stainless # HP36ZR or Black # HP56ZR High Pointe microwaves will fit, but you'll need to adjust the depth you have available and fill in some gaps to make it fit.     Hey Ashley, yes the High Pointe Over the Range Microwave part # HP64ZR will fit in place of your EC942KIW as it has the exact same dimensions. The exact replacement for what you have is the part # HP44ZR which has same external dimensions but internally is a little smaller and less powered. Both have a popcorn and baked potato button though!

  • Do The Vents On The Top Of An RV Microwave Need To Clear The Cabinets Above It
    The vents on the top of the High Pointe Over the Range RV Convection Microwave # HP44ZR allow for steam to escape even with the back of the unit being vented out so it's preferred to have the vents clear the cabinet to avoid moisture build up that could potentially ruin the cabinets. With the depth of the microwave being 15" as well you may need to screw a small 1" thick board to the wall framing as a spacer to push the vents out past the bottom of the cabinets.

    The handle isn't a replacement part that we offer separately but you can reach out to Keystone or LaSalle Bristol (parent company for High Pointe) to see if they do offer a replacement. The 1806M number you gave doesn't come back to anything but others with this found that they had a EM044kw which could be replaced with the High Pointe # HP94ZR or # HP44ZR. Before purchasing a new microwave I recommend removing the old one and measuring the space available to ensure that the new one will...
