Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer. Folks, if you've ever been halfway through taking an RV or camper shower and your hot water runs out, you know that's one of the biggest frustrations of the traditional tank water heaters, right This is the FOGATTI InstaShower. It's an ultra RV tankless water heater. It's gonna eliminate that problem. So again, this is an integrated mixing tank, so it's tankless, and that means it's gonna give you continuous hot water while helping deliver more stable water temperatures throughout the whole shower time.
So no waiting for your tank to recover, no worrying about running out of hot water after the first person showers. This is a great option. Now that being said, whenever you turn 'em off and back on, you may experience a few seconds of some cold or warm water, but nothing too drastic, but keep that in mind, all right Now, one of the standout features, as I just said, was that built in mixing tank, and that's gonna help smooth out the temperature fluctuations that you get a lot with some other systems that are out there. So you're gonna get a more comfortable, consistent experience, and this is a great upgrade or replacement even for full-time Rvers, campers, whether you're traveling together on weekends or living full-time, this is a great kind of give you a residential style comfort while you're using it. And it's compact, so the front we saw was about an 18 by 18 inch door.
The back here, I got 12 and 3/4 by 12 and 3/4. And let's get our tape out and show you that real quick. So again, side to side, I got about 12 and 3/4 inches by 12 and 3/4 inches tall. And from the backside of the door all the way to the gas sticking out, it's about 15 inches deep. So as you know, you need access to hook all that up.
And we have the extra space going on here with the door and the trim ring that's included. So what I mean by that, so obviously if you have some gaps around your old one, this trim ring, for one's, gonna help fill in some of that space, but the door is also gonna help fill out a lot of space. So they're calling this an 18 by 18. I technically get 18 and 1/2 by 18 and 1/2. That's what I'm getting with the tape.
So I'm not sure if the manufacturer's going off of the interior side there. And then I went ahead and got the outside to outside of the included trim ring. And that's about, gimme a second here, 21 and 1/2 inches by 21 and 1/2 inches. So it's hard to grip that with the tape because it is curved up. And I do wanna also point out, excuse me, so obviously everyone knows how to open these doors, right You just get this spring loaded latch open and then just like, that you're inside. So I do wanna point out, I've got this held up right now with cable ties. So just keep in mind, you'll have screws filling all those holes. They do provide you the screws, they do provide you the foam gasket. And on the other side, I'll show you in a second, you do get the included remote as well. So you got your pressure relief valve, you got your exhaust and everything. I can pop this off real quick. You can see the on and off and the fuse back there as well. And that just simply pops back in place. There we go. And then, of course, your door, spring latch is gonna keep that closed. I'm gonna come across the back here and over here, I can show you the included remote. So the remote's pretty basic. It's not lit up obviously because I don't have power to it, but I dunno how well you can see it there with the different angles. But you do have a bunch of different features here. Get your power, Fahrenheit, Celsius, temperature up and down. So you can set this and use it to set it for the temperature that you're wanting. And as I mentioned and showed you, this is a compact design, so tankless means we're gonna save space. And again, you're getting that gray exterior access door and that trim ring to help hide any differences in sizes so you don't have gaps and stuff like that after your installation is complete.
