Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today, we're gonna take a look at this Empire Faucets Bronze Teacup Handle Shower Valve and Shower Head with temperature control. This shower valve and shower head assembly is gonna let you easily upgrade your shower set in your RV or camper, and the anti-scald temperature control valve on this shower valve is going to ensure that you don't have to worry about getting scalded in the shower when someone flushes a toilet or uses the sink. The spring loaded anti-scald temperature control valve of this assembly balances the pressure between hot and cold water to prevent the water from getting too hot, so you won't get burned and can actually enjoy your shower in peace. This feature is especially great for kids, the elderly, and anyone else with sensitive skin, and this features, as you can see, a single handle design with this attractive teacup-style handle, and the diamond ceramic disc cartridge is maintenance-free, and the durable, long-lasting discs create a water tight seal when the faucet is turned off. Now, this single function shower head that we have here can be adjusted to multiple different positions to the preference of everyone in the family, and these rubber spray tips are easy to clean. By the way, the flow rate is going to be 2.5 gallons per minute.

Now, this is of an ABS non-metallic plastic construction, that's for the shower head and for the shower valve, and this has a pretty attractive oil rubbed bronze finish that you can see, and this is going to be a wall mount installation, a three hole installation, and it has the included deck plate. Let me see if I can put that on the right way, there we go, so it has the included deck plate and the hardware that you're going to need to install this. And the inlet shanks have the standard male NPSM connections, and it does require tile and tub caulk, and that is not included with this, so if you are in need of that, you can pick that up here at etrailer.com. This is WaterSense certified and ADA compliant. And the overall valve dimensions is going to be, my shower head is rolling around all over the place there, the overall shower valve dimensions is going to be eight inches wide by four inches tall, and again, that's at the widest point and at the tallest point, eight by four inches.

And then from the base where this is gonna be mounted all the way to the end of the handle, we're sitting right at five inches deep. Now, these inlet shanks' inner diameter is going to be half an inch in diameter, the outer diameter is going to be 13/16 of an inch, and then the distance between, center to center, is gonna be six inches, and then the length of these inlet shanks are sitting right at 1 3/4 long. Now, this shower head assembly is going to be sitting at an overall depth from where this is going to be meeting up to the wall of your shower, so the overall depth is gonna be sitting right at 7 3/4 inches deep, and then the flange dimensions is gonna be 2 1/4 inches in diameter, 2 1/4 inches in diameter, and about 3/4 of an inch deep. Now, this does have a limited lifetime warranty. Again, this is in a bronze finish, oil rubbed bronze finish to be exact, but if you are not a fan of this finish and you wanna take a look at another finish that might go with your decor in your RV or your camper a little bit better, there is a chrome version of this available as well.
