Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today we're looking together at our Thomas Payne Rest Easy tri-fold RV loveseat. Now, this is gonna be 62 inches wide across the front and it's gonna be able to convert to a sofa bed with ease, with a simple foldout mechanism. And then it's gonna offer 23% more sleeping space over your standard RV hide-a-bed sofas. I do wanna show you a top-down image real quick of the fabric.
Now, they're calling this a Del Mead color from the manufacturer. I call it more of like a taupe. Either way, it's a very nice neutral option for you and it does have a nice cushion. Very, very comfortable. And as far as fold it out to a sofa, it's very simple.
You'll pull off these headrests here. Our back cushions. Nice and thick, nice and plush, and they use a hook-and-loop on the backside there to adhere. Before we fold it out, let's go over some quick dimensions. As I mentioned, 62 inches wide across the front.
In between the arms, the width is 50 inches and the depth is 20 inches from the front to the back of the cushion where you would be sitting. Overall, it's 37 inches tall with that cushion in place down to the ground and 35 inches wide. Now, this will fit through a 26-inch or wider entry door. So make sure you're measuring to make sure it fits in your RV or camper in the right space and the right area that you need it to. Folding out's really simple.
I just come right here to the front, pull on the bottom, and literally almost with one hand, with that mechanism, it's gonna make it really easy to then convert out to the bed. And then from here, you would simply fold this down if you need to. Put your cushions back on top if you want some kind of a headrest, or you could leave it up like this. Just note, there's a pocket here of space. Not a pocket, but a gap of space rather, in between there. So you don't want stuff to fall on in there. So putting this down, prevents that from happening. When it's down, you got 81 inches of length for laying down, so it's very impressive. Lots and lots of space. Pretty comfortable, pretty heavy-duty. Fold up, put the back back in place like that. Come back here to the front center, push it all back up together, just like that. And then of course, we wanna put our back pillows back in place like so.
