Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this Thomas Payne left arm RV recliner in this Drohan Cement color. Now, if you ever wanted your RV to feel a bit more like home, this Thomas Payne left arm recliner is going to be basically like a cozy upgrade for your RV or your motor home. This is going to give you a single theater seating style recliner seat that's going to be made specifically for motor homes or travel trailers. So it's not going to be oversized, and it's going to give you a really nice comfortable lounge at home seat setup.
So this is going to be obviously, as I mentioned, the left arm. That means that the armrest is obviously on the left hand side when you're facing it, but this is going to be useful if you're piecing together like a modular setup. So I want to give you kind of a lowered angle view and show you all the sides here as much as I can. So this is going to be very useful if you want to put together like a modular setup, like pairing it with a right arm or an armless section to create a loveseat or a full reclining sofa. This is upholstered in a soft grayish, and I mentioned they call this Drohan Cement, I believe I'm saying that correctly. And so this is like a soft grayish color with ever so slightly a hint of blue to it. So I really do like it and it's a very comfortable fabric. I like fabric over vinyl 'cause I think it's a little more comfortable to sit in. So that's what you're gonna be getting here is this really nice fabric and it does look, in my opinion, a little more upscale.
So I think it's really gonna look good. And because of the color, I think it's gonna match with virtually any type of interior decoration or color. And as you probably know or probably saw already, this does include this cup holder, which isn't limited to just your cups, but you could even pop your phone in there as well. Now I wanted to give you another view here of the side. In case you don't know, the way that you trigger the footrest coming out is in between the seat and the arm.
There is a handle there and you're just going to pull that and then that's going to allow the footrest to come out just like that. Now if you would notice here at the base of the footrest, we do have a shoe protector. So that's gonna be great if, for instance, you keep your shoes on or whatever, you're not gonna have to worry about getting that fabric dirty or damaged. And so let me see if I can line this back up here into frame. And, you know, since this is made by Thomas Payne, it's a brand known for RV specific furniture. It's designed to fit through narrow RV doors and it's going to stay secure while traveling. It is built for RV or motor home travel, so it's gonna hold up really well to those bumps and vibrations and you're not gonna have to worry about it as you're going down the road. Now you are probably interested in some measurements, so let me give those to you. Looking at the overall width from end to end, we're sitting pretty close to 27 and a half inches. And then the overall depth when we're not reclined is gonna be about 35 to 38 inches or so. And then when you have this fully reclined from head to foot, at least to the base of the footrest there, it's gonna be about 64 inches deep. And so it's probably gonna be a good idea to have about two to four inches of clearance between the back of the chair and the wall so you can recline. So this is gonna be a great option for you to consider if you are looking to upgrade your comfort. By the way, you do need to give that footrest a firm push back with the back of your legs to get that closed. So this will be a great upgrade if you're looking for something more than the standard RV dinette or fixed chair, obviously it's gonna be a whole lot more comfortable. This is going to be obviously built for tighter layouts, so it's not gonna overwhelm your living area and it's gonna add some style with the color, with the fabric. It's going to really, I think, enhance the interior of your rolling living room. Minimal assembly is required. That's another good thing. You're basically just going to have to slide the back into the base and give it a firm push and you'll be good to go.
