Made for all-season use, this roller assembly is designed to hold up to repeated use and exposure to the elements. Its solid construction supports the awning fabric and allows smooth extension and retraction over time.
You can extend or retract the awning in seconds using the built-in pull strap. The strap hooks onto a wall mount to stay securely open whenever you need shade and releases easily when you are ready to roll the awning back in.

The window warnings are still in excellent shape .I have nothing to say but good things about your company and your product .I will purchase from you again.
Awning fabric & roller tube assembly were great. Out of a total of 5 awnings, all 5 had issues with the mounting tracks. One or two locations in each track were crimped enough to disallow the fabric & cord to pass through. Efforts to open up the crimped area(s) proved difficult due to the inherrant stiffness of the track cross-section. Damage seems to have occurred at mfg or powdercoating and NOT during shipment.
Easy to install. Sales info could be improved to emphasize the relationships between the actual window glass width vs fabric width vs center-to-center width of the arms (although arms are a separate item #).
Solidly built for outdoor use. Heavy duty material used for the awning fabric. Easy to install.
