Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Vitrifrigo DRW70A stainless steel RV refrigerator or freezer. So this is going to be a real versatile, compact fridge or freezer that's designed to adapt to whatever you need. The standout feature is going to be that it's not locked into just one function. You're gonna be able to use this as either a refrigerator or freezer. And switching between the two is gonna be as simple as adjusting the digital thermostat that you see right here on the door.
So the built-in drawer-style design is pretty convenient rather than a traditional door. This is gonna be especially convenient in those tight spaces or built-in setups like RVs, boats, or small kitchens. Let me give you an overhead view here. Kind of limited with my studio setup into showing you directly inside of this unit. So do take advantage of the photos that we have posted on this product page just so you have a full idea of, especially the inside of this unit.
But as you can see, it's pretty deep. This is about 2.8 cubic feet of space. And so this is going to just slide open, as you can see here, easily grab what you need, and then you just push to close, just like that. I wanted to mention while we're at this angle, Vitrifrigo includes this in almost all of their refrigerators and freezers. It's this little feature that slides out just like that, and that's going to allow you to close this but not completely.
This is going to allow the inside of this unit to breathe, if you will, when it's not in use. So you're not gonna have to worry about this being mildewy or moldy when you're ready to use this again. And then when you are ready to plug this in, turn it on and use it, you're just going to slide this back in like that, and then that's going to allow you to close the door completely. So that's a really cool venting feature that's included with this. So as I mentioned, this is compact but very useful with the 2.8 cubic feet of space.
Giving you some measurements here. Looking at the depth first while we're here, end to end, we're sitting pretty close to 23 inches deep. The overall height, and I'm not including our external compressor here, we're sitting right at about 18 inches tall. And then the overall length end to end, about 26 inches wide or long, however you'd like to designate that measurement. I wanted to mention, if you notice, mine has a little dent on here. Now, that's not a normal practice. This was just somehow dented on arrival when we got it. But I just wanted to mention that in case you saw that, if for whatever reason you get something from us and it's damaged in some way, don't hesitate to reach out to us, we do wanna make that right. So I just wanted to get this onto my table just to kind of go over this to show you what to expect with this. Our compressor, our cooling unit, is not internal, it is external. So that's going to allow you to mount this into a tight space. And then you can mount this remotely, whether it's in like another cabinet or another opening. So you're gonna be able to slide this into that tight space. From an efficiency standpoint, this does use a modern refrigerant, R290, that's gonna be more environmentally-friendly, and it can run on either DC or standard household AC power. That's gonna make this super flexible for different setups. Again, great for mobile or off-grid use. Installation is gonna be very flexible of course.
