Adam: What's going on everybody Adam here with etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord Plug Adapter. If you are looking for something that's just going to convert a 30 amp to a 15 amp normal outlet, this is going to allow you to do that. There's a lot of different situations that we would be using this for. Let's just say we have two AC units running in RV and we have an extra plug on the hookup at the spot we're at. Let's just say all of these are being used and/or they're not working properly, we can go ahead and plug this into the proper little outlet and we'll have another plug to be able to maybe have an outdoor refrigerator or just a couple of fans.
And this is just going to help just because we're not going to add load to the RV.We're just going to be pulling power from the power supply at whatever site we're at. Another thing that I thought about using, our etrailer generator. If we're for some reason using both of these outlets here and we need a third one, there is one up top that we can go ahead and just take our adapter plug, plug it in, and now we've got three. A lot of different applications, but this is definitely going to come in handy for some of those camping spots where we're not too familiar with. Our male end on this side is going to take that 30 amp power and it's going to convert it to this plug on this side, the female into 15 amps.
So this is going to be great for all those different applications where you just need to have a simple converter. It is made with a PVC plastic. So it is going to be nice and durable, won't fade over time. And it has these ribs on it too, which are going to be really easy to kind of grip it and pull it out of the outlet. We have a lot of different converters here at etrailer. So whatever application you need it for, we're going to have something to help you out.Whether we're just hooking up this adapter to the power supply supplied to us wherever you may be camping out, or if we're just going to be using it on a generator here just to power, let's just say a fan, maybe a refrigerator, maybe a speaker, some lights for outside, is going to prevent us putting any more load on our RV or travel trailer.
So we can just have everything running inside there and we can use this adapter to run off of the power from either this or from the hookup. So let's go ahead, just plug this guy in. Seems pretty easy to start. Now, we're going to go ahead, turn her on. Well everyone, that is pretty much it for a look at the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord Adapter Plug and I'm Adam with etrailer..
