Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this P-trap fitting. Now, this is going to install under your sink, shower, or bathtub as a part of your RV's sewer system. It's gonna prevent any sewer gases from entering into your RV or motor home. It does have a nice sturdy ABS plastic construction, and it is gonna be very simple to get installed. It's going to slide right into your sewer system pipe, so we've got the one and 1/2 inch hub here that will slide onto your sewer system pipe.
It will adhere with the ABS Solvent Cement that is sold separately. You can find it here at etrailer.com using that part number that you see on the screen there. That's gonna give you a nice tight seal, so you don't have to worry about anything leaking out. We do have our slip joint nut that's going to create a watertight seal on your inch and 1/4 diameter pipes. And then we do have the union joint that's gonna screw together to connect the two pieces, your one and 1/2 inch hub and your slip nut joint here.
It's going to allow you to configure that in whichever orientation is gonna work best for your setup. So if you are needing to replace or add a P-trap fitting to your RV or motor home's sewer system, this is gonna be exactly what you need. And that completes our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching.

This P-trap installs under your sink, shower, or tub to prevent sewer gases from entering your RV or motorhome. The hubs slide onto sewer system pipes, and the union joint screws together to connect the 2 pieces of the P-trap.Part arrived exactly as described. Fit perfectly in my bathroom sink application of my 42-year-old Champion mobile home. Quality, price and service is excellent. Thank you, etrailer staff!
It's exactly the same as the original one on my trailer that developed a crack even though rv antifreeze was in it over the winter.
This looked like what we were looking for but it ended up to be opposite from what we needed which was a 1-1/2" slip joint and a 1-1/4" hub. but we were able to locally source some parts to make it work.
In the description it shows 1 1/4 slip jiont but yet the one I got was 1 1/2 slip jiont. Is this item boxed wrong or parts people not check when they get the part out of Bin? It did come with a seal that I made it work.
This part was exactly what my husband needed. Fixed his issue in 15 minutes. Went to multiple camper stores for the part and no one could help. Thank you.
Worked exactly as it should.
Fit perfectly just what I needed!
Exactly what I was looking for. I could not get this any other place
