After losing the keys to my Thule bike rack at an event I was worried. Thankfully etrailer.com came to the rescue. They carry keys for all Thule bike racks which is helpful. My keys arrived in a timely fashion. I hope I never lose my kets again but if I do I know I can get new keys fast.

The key works perfectly. I had a car topper that had been sitting in my yard for several years that I wanted to use. I tried every key I could find but could not open the topper. Once I figured out the number key I needed, I ordered a new key from etrailer. The company had great communication letting me know when they received my order, when they shipped it and when I received it. I would highly recommend etrailer for replacement keys.

Replacement key fit perfectly and after shipping issues from the carrier (outside etrailer control). Staff stayed attentive to the order, noticed the shipment was stuck in a loop with usps and repackaged a new shipment to make sure I received the product. Highly recommend!! The keys were perfect, I could open the top parts of the rack but it seems that the bottom parts that sit on the roof are different cause I can open the end parts on them and there is no number on them or indication to match to a key number, beside that I,m very satisfied thank you
