Bought a Sportrack Horizon L on FB Marketplace. Lady only had one key. Local hardware store didn't have a compatible blank key. Saw N083 stamped on the key, did a little research and found this one with the same stamp.
Pleasantly surprised these were already cut and worked with my rack, so I didn't have to go get them cut.
Once again I misplaced my roof rack key after a move and etrailer sent replacements promptly. Their customer service and do follow up is always unmatched.

The keys were perfect, I could open the top parts of the rack but it seems that the bottom parts that sit on the roof are different cause I can open the end parts on them and there is no number on them or indication to match to a key number, beside that I,m very satisfied thank you

Best Service. My keys for Thule N033 lock fell off the car and I could not find them. Lock replacement was too expensive so I was so happy when I found out I could get keys from etrailer. They are fast in response and I got the keys right away.
I had misplaced the key to our roof rack and needed to turn it in but wanted to keep the roof rack for the next vehicle. The dealer said if I couldn't get it off they couldn't either. etrailer.com was able to confirm what model I had and overnight the key to me so I was able to turn in the car on time and move the rack to the new car.
