That's a one in five eighth inch in diameter sway bar. So this bushing will slide right over that.

This bushing was 1/2: narrower than the OEM bushings. I machined a 1/4" off each side of the clamp and it fit great.

I've ordered a couple of things from these guys but these bushings I ordered they got here in less than 4 days great people great product I'd recommend them to anyone it sure made my motorhome a lot easier to drive and lot less swaying etrailer they're my go to guys

I will tell you i had higher hopes for this product , from reading the performance info i had hoped that the loose feeling in the steering wheel would be much better , but no real difference was felt , i have also replaced the coil springs and the bell cranks, new bushings and i still get pushed all over the place when driving at highway speeds. so with the claim that your product eliminates these issues , im not a happy camper.

For an 1-5/8" diameter bar on your 2004 Country Couch Magna I recommend Roadmaster Bracket for Anti-Sway Bar Split Bushings Item # RMB140 and Roadmaster Split Bushing for Anti-Sway Bar - 1-5/8" Item # RM205222-10. It is a good idea to check the other bushings as well. If any of them look worn or damaged I recommend replacing all of them with Roadmaster Polyurethane Bushing Kit for 1-5/8" Diameter, Factory Front Anti-Sway Bar Item # RM-4139-127.

The Replacement Polyurethane Bushing for Roadmaster Polyurethane Bushing Kit for Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-205221-10 you are looking at is not going to work with your 2019 Ford F-53 chassis. These bushings are designed to be used with 1-1/4" sway bars. Instead, you're going to want to steer your attention towards the Roadmaster Split Bushing for Anti-Sway Bar # RM205222-10 which is going to work with 1-5/8" bars and can be used as a replacement part for the Roadmaster Polyurethane Bushing...

When installing the Roadmaster Split Bushing for Anti-Sway Bar part # RM205222-10, I recommend using the LubriMatic Marine Trailer Wheel Bearing Grease part # L154FR. This is the same type of aqualube grease that comes with the kits from Roadamster.

Assuming that you're needing the steel U-clamp and replacement bushing for a Roadmaster # RM-1259-105 front anti-sway bar installed on your motorhome built on a 2003 Workhorse W22 Chassis, the replacement U-strap is part # RM-B141 and the replacement bushing is # RM205222-10. I'm unsure of what steel sleeve you're speaking of. If it's part of the OEM front sway bar, we unfortunately don't offer replacements for those.

I contacted Roadmaster on your behalf who confirmed the rear bushing you are looking for is # RM205222-10 for 1-5/8" sway bars while the front bushings # RM-205219-10 are for 1-3/8" sway bars. Included is a video resource for additional information.
