Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at the replacement glass turntable plate. This is going to replace the glass turntable used inside your Furion over the range convection microwave oven. This is designed to help heat and cook all your items more evenly as it's going to turn around. You can see we've got the three prongs in the bottom that will integrate with the mechanism that turns the plate in your microwave.Now the most important information I can provide you for this plate is that it is right at three and 5/8ths, sorry, 13 and 5/8ths of an inch wide in diameter.
So make sure that your original plate fits that same description, and this is going to work well for you.Overall, very simple product, but very important in using that over the range conduction oven. My plate in my RV cracked. I tried to order the correct size universal plate, but it did not work. You will need the specific Furrion replacement plate. Costs almost twice as much as the universal plate but it's a specific size slightly over 13.5 inches, so you have to order the brand replacement. It was the exact match needed.

Customer service is great, product is fantastic, BUT the USPS is not the best option for a carrier as they don’t always provide the CURRENT status of a package that has a tracking number. My LOCAL Post Master had the package IN her hands while looking at the tracking info, per the info, thus item was STILL “In Transit”. Needless to say, she was NOT happy about that and updated the system to reflect delivery.

The original microwave plate arrived completely shattered. Which is why I gave only 4 stars. I don’t know how it was originally packaged, but the postal service repacked it with a note of apology.
When I called Etrailer notifying them of the issue, the lady who handled my call was excellent. She immediately put in an order for another one and got us shipped that day. Which was excellent because we needed it for our upcoming trip.
