Easy enough to set up by myself - I wish it had better stakes as this did not stand up terribly well to the high winds of Iowa in September. Even with the stakes and all of the guylines down - it still blew over and I had to go chase it down as it went flying (and several of the included stakes bent during that)
It was kind of hard to take apart by myself, so I'd suggest getting a buddy when it comes time to take it down.

I am so pleased with this Sunshade. The poles are sturdy and the tarp covers a large area. Easy to put up and down. It is great protection from sun and rain when camping.
