This chair is built. Heavy duty steel tubing, and both welded and thick synthetic joints. You won't be dissapointed with its quality. As good as it gets. Probably why it weighs almost 9 lbs. I purchased this chair because of its quick setup/teardown (which is very fast) and its compact size, but I was pleasantly surprised with its quality. This one will last a long time.
Got these to replace some similar chairs that we'd worn out. We really like the previous chairs, and had trouble finding similar ones. These appear to be almost exact duplicates.
We really like the combination of how small they fold up, combined with comfort.

Been using them for a year and still great. They are heavy, so not for lugging to soccer games, but fold up small, which is their strength. They are steel, so bulletproof. Comfortable, and an ingenious design that packs well when you have limited storage. I do wish they had come with a storage bag.
