Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this MobileMule 5500 mobile DVR. Now, this system is basically an all-in-one camera setup designed to give you complete visibility and reliable recording for your vehicle. Now, one of the biggest advantages is that this can connect and record from up to five cameras at the same time. That means that you're gonna be able to cover multiple angles, whether it's front, rear, sides, trailer, interior, whatever makes the most sense for your particular setup. And you're not just switching between them.
This is gonna be able to record all of them simultaneously. This also has built-in GPS, so this doesn't just capture video, it logs your exact location and driving route. And that can be really helpful for documenting trips, reviewing routes, or even giving evidence if something happens. You're gonna be able to connect this to a monitor, which is going to let you view all of the connected cameras in real time. So it's not just recording in the background.
You're gonna be able to actively see what's happening around you while you're driving. Another big feature is this does, it does continue recording even when the vehicle is turned off. So if someone bumps your vehicle in the parking lot, let's say, or something happens while it's sitting overnight, you're gonna still have footage of that. In terms of storage, this does support up to 256 gigs, which gives you plenty of room for high-quality video before anything needs to be overwritten. Durability-wise, this is built tough.
This does meet military-grade standards for vibration and shock. It's designed to handle rough roads, heavy-duty use, and demanding conditions without failing. So it includes everything that you see here on my table. And one thing that I would like to give you, let me find my ruler here. Let me give you some measurements of the unit itself.
So let's call this the width. So it looks like we are sitting, and I'm including the brackets here, it looks like we're sitting at about 6 3/4 inches wide. And again, these are just rough measurements. Including the ports, about, almost six inches deep. (unit thumping) And about, let's say two inches tall. Overall, this is gonna be a pretty robust multi-camera recording system. It's going to give you full coverage, GPS traction, tracking, rather, strong storage capacity and durability. And this is gonna be especially ideal if you want reliable documentation and visibility for a work vehicle, RV, fleet vehicle, trailer setup, what have you.
