Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at an equalizer for a three inch wide slipper springs. Now this unit adds a new or replaces an old equalizer on your trailer. It's made from a durable steel construction with a black paint finish. It's simply connects the slipper springs on dual or triple axle trailers. You would attach one spring with a bolt through the eye that would be located on this end here. And then slip the arched end of the other spring onto the equalizer at this point here.

And then the equalizer itself is suspended from a center hanger on the trailer frame. Center hanger not included. That is sold separately. Now, once installed, this unit is designed to transfer load and sudden impacts from one axle to another and it helps distribute weight evenly and results in a smoother ride for your trailer.

Again, it is designed for a three inch wide slipper leaf springs.The overall length of the unit, measuring from edge to edge, measured 24 and 3/4 inches. The center bolt hole diameter is one and 1/8 inches.
