Hello neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at these WeatherTech mud flaps. It's a no drill quick install with a digital fit front and rear set. Now folks, these are vehicle specific. Make sure you're using our fit guide, top center of our homepage, etrailer.com. Enter the year, make and model, cab style, bed length, that kind of stuff, possibly even dually or non dually.
Those kind of questions to get the right parts the first time. In this particular case, these fit a 2024, I'm sorry, 2020 through the years of 2024, both the Chevy Silverado 2500 and 3500 series. The non dually on the rear set, so meaning the rears here, these do not work with a dual truck. As you can see, they're not wide enough. Now if you need the duals for this specific vehicle, I put that item number up on the facet above my left shoulder here.
It's part number WT23ZJ. You can purchase that separately. Now getting into it, these will install very, very quickly with the included Torx T15 bit. Now, I went ahead and opened up one of each of these bags and let the other ones included. So each set, the front and the rear that you're gonna get will come with two clips per set and one Torx bit per set.
So that's what you're gonna get. Now there's no drilling whatsoever or tire removal to install these. So yeah, right, it's super simple, right So five minutes, you should have these easily installed. What you're gonna do front or rear is you're simply going to use that T15 Torx bit head and you're gonna remove three factory screws per the instructions that come with the set. And you're gonna take those screws off, take off whatever piece is already there, I believe it's just holding on a factory plastic fascia, if you will, right behind the tire.
This will go up in place. You'll put those three screws you took out right back into place. And then this little square hole up here, I don't know if you can see with my black shirt there. There you go. This little square hole up here, that clip is actually gonna go through that and clip onto the piece right behind that hole. So again, these have been perfectly molded from high quality thermoplastic resin, and they have been laser measured to fit precisely on your vehicle. Now folks, keep in mind I said these are a custom fit. Everything can change over time. So if you have a newer vehicle than what's here in the video, there's a good chance it could possibly fit. Again, just check that fit guide. Now again, you're gonna get two fronts and two rears, and they come in their individual boxes. But if for some reason you mix it up, you shouldn't, but if you do, the fronts have this little dog ear that I'm calling it on the sides and the rears do not have that dog ear on the side. These are made here in the USA, very, very nice product. Again, there's a closeup version there of these clips. Again, you're getting two clips and one bolt or one Torx head per set. So again, I just left one set in the packaging there, just so I can reuse that one. Well folks, that's gonna wrap it up for these WeatherTech mud flaps. Mudflaps fit perfect and look great. Great business to deal with and fast shipping
Front mudflaps were easy to install. Rear mudflaps need a new design. Instead of a bolt, two washers, and a lock nut, WT should use some sort of insert into the whole where the bolt goes through. It is extremely difficult to get the washer and lock nut onto the bolt as the area is small. Something like a drywall anchor in the hole and then screw into the anchor. Finished product looks great. Please pass my comments onto Weather Tech.
Easy installation. Instructions are easy to understand.
Would have gave a 5 rating but had trouble with a flawed supplied screw clip so took a bit longer on the install. Had to remove the clip and modify so supplied screw would thread into clip. This happened to be the last screw to tighten.

Mudflaps fit nicely and are relatively easy to install. HOWEVER, the instructions for the rear flaps are not right. The instructions tell you to remove the screws holding the fender line to the bed, except there aren't any screw - on mine anyway. There are plastic plugs instead. I looked up the OEM install and you're just supposed to run the screws into these plastic plugs. So once I did that, the rears installed fine. But it threw me for a loop when the install instructions didn't match my truck.

These were easy to install and look great on my 2023 F350 dually. I was a little concerned about how close the passenger side one is to the exhaust tips. Have only used them on one 2 hour drive but so far so good.
These no drill mud flaps are easy to install and look factory after installation. I was told by Weather tech they would not fit my 2025 F450, but they were wrong, they fit perfectly. I wish they used black screws and washers, it would look more finished than an after thought with the stainless metal screws and washer. Great product, would recommend, thus the five star rating. I have been using Weather tech products for years.
Vehicle 2026 Ram 2500 Dually. Ordering was super easy to identify the mudflats for my vehicle. Quick delivery with tracking to prepare when they arrive. Installation: Use the 2 current factory screws on each fender for a quick install, less than 20 minutes for all 4 a nice clean factory molded look. Front length looks good. Just for awareness. The rear isn’t as long as your typical rubber mudflap if you are looking for something that hangs closer to the ground. Hopefully can see the length in the photos.
