Custom-Fit Towing Mirror
Easily extend your field of vision and reduce blind spots with this CIPA slip-on towing mirror. By adding it to your OEM side-view mirror, you can see beyond the end of your trailer. This will allow you to safely and easily change lanes, pass, and park with a trailer in tow.
The mirror is molded to perfectly match the contours of your factory side mirror. Simply slide the mirror over your side-view mirror and use the custom-formed, felt-covered wedge to hold the mirror in place. This wedge wraps around the inside edge of your OEM mirror and can be tightened onto the mirror with an easily accessible hand knob.
Slip-on mirror will fit factory mirrors that look like the mirror in the image above.

Today on our 2006 Dodge Ram Pickup, we will be test fitting the Cipa Custom Towing Mirror on the driver side, part number 10701. First we will need to setup the Cipa Custom Towing Mirror before we install it. We will take our protective cover and the shoe removing the protective on the two-way adhesive and adhering to the shoe. This will prevent scratching of the mirror. Now we are ready to go ahead and install it. We will take the housing, slide it over the manufacturers mirror while installing the shoe on the backside. This will create a wedge effect between the new custom towing mirror and the manufacturers mirror.
Once we have the shoe fully in place, we will then go ahead and take the hand knob and thread it into the back securing the new Cipa Custom Towing Mirror to the manufacturers mirror. Next we will go ahead and repeat the same process for the passenger side, which will be part number 10702. As you can see, this is a fully customizable mirror for different angles for different vehicles and trailers. There you have it for the Cipa Custom Towing Mirror, part number 10701 on our 2006 Dodge Ram Pickup.
