Yes you can manually adjust the mirror face on the CIPA custom fit towing mirror # 10702. It is a basic floating design that allows movement up and down, left and right, and diagonally. I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation of this mirror for you. The matching driver side mirror is # 10701.
