This track dolly lifts the rear of your sled so the track never touches the floor. Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Caliber Trax Wheels 2.0 Snowmobile Track Dolly. Now if you're looking for an easy way to move your snowmobile or snow bike around when it's not in use, this track dolly is gonna be a great option for you to consider because it's going to let you glide your machine across the shop floor without the usual rustling or risk of damaging anything. So this is designed for snowmobiles and snow bikes up to three and 1/4 inch lug depth. And as you can see, I have the track pitches that this is designed to work with as well listed there for you on your screen.
And this is built to hold up to 500 pounds. And let me go ahead and give you some measurements before we continue here. So looking at the overall length from end to end, we're at 29 inches. And then I'm gonna give you an overhead view here and I want to show you the depth here. You can see where it's 16 inches.
And then going back to our lower view here, the overall height right, at about six and 1/2 inches. So this is compact enough to store easily while still supporting a wide range of machines. And I've got it balanced here on some blocks. And I just wanted to show you how easy this is going to be to move this around. It's very smooth, it doesn't really struggle at all.
And I do have this put together, but I don't have the hardware tightened down. I just kind of wanted to give you an idea of what this was going to look like when I have it all put together. So one of the biggest benefits that this is going to give you is protection both for your track and your flooring because the dolly supports the track instead of forcing it to drag. So it's going to help prevent wear on your paddles and studded track while also keeping your shop floor free from gouges and scuffs. And then as you saw here, we do have these tapered edges here or sides.
It's gonna make it easy for the track to drop down right into place. And this is going to work with, again, all common track pitches. So compatibility is not really gonna be something that you're gonna have to worry about and getting around the shop is going to be smooth too. The oversized five inch caster wheels are designed to roll over cracks and this and cords and gravel and uneven spots, all without getting hung up. So you're not gonna have to lift or reposition this, you're just going to steer this and roll and durability is gonna be something that this provides for you as well. This is made from aluminum, which is going to handle wet or snowy conditions, all without corroding. And also has a powder coat finish that is going to not only make this look good and continue to look good, but it's also gonna give you that added longevity as well. So this again, is gonna be a great item to consider and it's gonna be very easy to assemble. It's gonna come with all the hardware that you need along with instructions to guide you through the installation process.
