Today we'll be taking a look at the safety valve for Bulldog Winch air tank. This is going to keep your air tank from rupturing accidentally from an overpressure or from too much pressure inside the tank. It automatically opens at 155 Psi, so this little portion is spring loaded to open up at that certain pressure. It has an NTP thread at the bottom here of a quarter inch. It's made of solid brass so we don't have to worry about any rusting and corrosion with this. It's going to stay working for a long time and this is going to be great for those tanks that are set to operate at 140 Psi.
Our valve measures about one and five eighths of an inch long and then it's about a half an inch wide at this if we have the flattened portions on either side there. Has a one year limited warranty from Bulldog Winch. That's going to do it for our look at the safety valve for a Bulldog Winch air tank.
