Hi-gloss finish matches chrome. Stainless steel should hold up to harsh Midwest winter, (and road salt); that will be the real test. The last "chrome metal" frame I bought was pitted and ruined after 1 winter, so that is why I stepped up to this one. This is a very thin frame with sharp edges, but otherwise nicely finished. Good bling factor.

This frame was exactly what I was looking for. Its evenly thin edge all the way around my plate is super clean and non-obtrusive. The frame is as shiny as triple plated chrome, but shouldn't pit after 1 winter like my last frame because of its high quality stainless steel construction. It has a very flat surface and fits exactly as I hoped it would.

I bought a pair of barbed-wire plate holders for my 2013 F=150. I got them at a really good price and they were delivered fast. I spray-painted them with antique rust-colored Rust-Oleum paint and they look awesome. I'm getting compliments right and left.
Bright chrome...nice that the eagle can be turned over to be on the bottom and easily too! Frame is metal, eagle is plastic....wish it was metal too, but still looks good. Here are 2 pics, one of the back of my 08 GL1800 and the other a blow up showing the plate in more detail. Too bad mounting bolts were not included! Cost me another 10 bucks at AutoZone! lol

What a great licens plate frame a for boat trailer. After a year it still looks as good as the day I installed it.
Plate frames look great on my new Durango. The front went on without a hitch, but the back frame had to be cut. There is a back up camera located where the top middle of the plate frame needs to mount. In short 3 inches of the top middle of the frame needs to be cut out in order for the product to work. If your good with your hand tools it's no big deal and still looks great but if your a person without tool skills it wont work out of the box, photo enclosed. I would give it a 5 star for looks and a 3 star to install on a 2014 to 2017 Durango with back up camera
Only problem I had was a slight delay due to understocking and manufacturer in China. It would be nice if the factory would bevel the edges so they're not quite so sharp. But, I've handled worse things than that. The mirror finish is flawless and I wouldn't think twice about ordering again. I think my pictures pretty much say it all. This truck is a 1998. Yes, it's eighteen years old!
This RAM license plate holder was just what was needed to replace the generic dealer
plate holders. They are made of a sturdy quality chrome plated metal, and have swing away RAM logos to cover the top plate mounting screws.
They are beautiful and make the truck look so much better. etrailer is a great place to get them from for both price and service.
Don't forget the fastener caps "CR82630" if your plate fastens at the bottom.
I purchased this as a gift for my daughter who is an avid golfer. Just received it today, and it appears to be a quality product, well made and carefully packaged. It will be a few weeks till I give it to her, as her birthday is in late April. I can't wait to see her reaction, because I expect she will really like it!

Great product for the money. Nice carbon fiber pieces on the front side, set in a shiny black chrome frame. The slim profile really allows the license plate to show without blocking the state name. Will be back for more.
They look good. I ordered three pairs. I will probably only use two. My next project (hopefully within the next 4 to 6 weeks) is to get my truck detailed and cleaned. Then I will take the old, worn out license plate frames off and put on a newer one. I ordered these for the future right now. They look like good frames. I just got them this afternoon.
I will need to schedule the detailing and then buy some additional accessories
