It's my second purchase from etrailer, one for a BMW X3 and this one for a Dodge B2500 and in both case it was a perfect fit.
The only thing I disagree with is the installation time. A single person without a lift to lift the car will not be able to install it in 30 minutes.
But I am very happy with the product and the speed it was delivered!

Fit my 99 dodge van 1500 with step bumper perfect. Instructions were clear. Hitch tucks up in there nice only revealing the receiver. No clearance issues at all with spare tire or exhaust.
