A worn exhaust hanger can lead to rattling and excess vibration while your generator runs. This replacement hanger restores a secure mount and helps keep your exhaust system stable and quiet.
When an exhaust hanger wears out, vibration starts transferring into the RV and you begin to hear rattling during generator operation. This replacement hanger uses a rubber isolator to absorb movement and secure the exhaust pipe to the RV chassis. Designed as a direct replacement for Flex Power 4000i and 5500i generators, it restores proper support and keeps the exhaust system stable so it stays quiet and firmly mounted while the generator is running.

Hi everyone, Steve here with Etrailer. Let's take a look at a replacement exhaust hanger for your flex power onboard generators. So folks, this is gonna replace a worn out or maybe bent or broken hanger for that exhaust piping to then securely mount this. And again, it's designed for the flex power 4000I and 5500I generators. And what it does is obviously you get this clamping here on top and then you have the rubber isolator here, that is going to help limit vibration and transfer or limit the vibrations rather that get transferred up through the muffler into the RV. It's gonna prevent rattling, noises.
And it's also gonna keep those exhaust components stable. And it's gonna be a quick swap. You should be able to install this fairly quickly. Overall, it's 13 inches long. You have about 10 inches here on the main rod here with all the different holes in it, depending on which height and everything you need for your particular setup.
And that will wrap up our quick look together, folks. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
