Fill-Rite pumps are perfect for use in the field or at the job site. Whether you're just getting set up or want to upgrade your fluid transfer operations, these pumps are built to withstand the harsh conditions of agriculture and construction.
Features:
When equipment needs fuel between tasks, this 12V pump kit helps you top off from a transfer tank without bringing equipment back to the shop. The 15 GPM flow rate is a fit for common 15- to 60-gallon tanks, and the kit includes a hose, automatic nozzle, and suction pipe so you can get set up with fewer add-ons.
This kit includes a 12' 3/4" hose with a static ground wire and an automatic nozzle. The nozzle has a red plastic cover to indicate use for auto unleaded fuel, and a nozzle boot attaches to the pump body so the nozzle has a place to rest between fills.
The telescoping steel suction pipe adjusts from 20" to 34-1/2" so you can size it to the tank you're drawing from. A built-in mesh strainer helps stop larger debris and contaminants before they reach the pump.
The pump runs on a 12V DC battery connection and includes 18' of 12 gauge power wire and a 5' ground wire. The electrical junction box rotates 180 degrees, giving you more options for how you route wiring based on where the pump is mounted. Thermal protection helps prevent overheating during longer fueling sessions, and the on-off switch lever with a metal stopping arm gives you a clear way to start and stop fuel flow at the pump.

Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today, we're taking a look at the Fill-Rite, 12-volt, 15-gallon per minute fuel transfer pump. Now you're gonna get the hose, the pump itself, obviously the handle, all electrical wire leads, everything, and the pickup tube and everything included. Now, this system has been made to be powered by a 12-volt DC motor, and that can easily be wired to a 12-volt battery power source. Now you are gonna get 18 feet of that 12-gauge power wire and about five feet of this green ground wire.
And this motor has been thermally protected, so it's not gonna overheat. And this gives you a nice adjustable option here on the top. It's got everything kinda loosely fitted in here. And then same thing here. I got this loosely fitted in here as well just to kinda show you where things go really quickly.
Excuse me, excuse me. And this is gonna be a cast iron construction. So it's gonna ensure durability, it can withstand the harshest environments. This works great with diesel gas ethanol blends up to E15, biodiesels, blends up to B20 kerosenes, and even mineral spirits. Now I do wanna throw an image up on the screen real quick.
You can kind of see the telescoping takeup tube that extends from 20 to 34 1/2 inches, and it fits two inch bug mounts. And as far as the nozzle itself and everything here, very nice heavy duty. You have the plastic down here, but everything else here is aluminum. It's a cast aluminum manual nozzle. So you have everything here.
You have that spring loaded handle to keep it flowing. And then of course, you have the hose over here as well that's included. And as you know, again, everything here is rated for those different fuel types. And then this can mount in here. And then again, this is all just kinda loosely fitted. You got your on-off here, and then you can actually lock out preventing people from being able to operate the pump whenever you're not around. Obviously, we don't want your fuel stolen. And then of course, again, that telescoping pickup tube here with the slots at the bottom that way when you're at the very bottom, you still have suction coming up and into the unit. And if I pick this up, you can kind of see where it's gonna attach to the bong. And you can kind of see they got a nice really robust coating on here. And again, I just got this kind of loosely thread in here, a nice coating on here as far as you know, corrosion resistant and those kind of things. Fill-Rite, if you've ever seen trucks out there on the road, whether it's construction, AG, RVs, whatnot, very, very well common name. They've been around for ages. They make great, great top quality products. And this is gonna deliver 15 gallons per minute, which is ideal for most fuel tanks that are about 15 to 60 gallons. So again, that's pretty standard. You do have built-in mesh strainers on everything here that's gonna filter out large particles, contaminants, and that in turn is gonna help protect the pump and also the equipment that you're pumping your fuel into. So folks, that's gonna wrap up our quick look together at this Fill-Rite, 12-volt, 15-gallon per minute fuel transfer pump. I'm Steven with etrailer. Thanks for watching, and have a great day.
