Fill-Rite pumps are perfect for use in the field or at the job site. Whether you're just getting set up or want to upgrade your fluid transfer operations, these pumps are built to withstand the harsh conditions of agriculture and construction.
Features:
When equipment needs fuel between tasks, this 12V pump kit helps you top off from a transfer tank without bringing equipment back to the shop. The 15 GPM flow rate is a fit for common 15- to 60-gallon tanks, and the kit includes a hose, manual nozzle, and suction pipe so you can get set up with fewer add-ons.
This kit includes a 12'-3/4" hose with a static ground wire and a cast aluminum manual nozzle. The nozzle boot attaches to the pump body so the nozzle has a place to rest between fills.
The telescoping steel suction pipe adjusts from 20" to 34-1/2" so you can size it to the tank you're drawing from. A built-in mesh strainer helps stop larger debris and contaminants before they reach the pump.
This pump runs on a 12V DC battery connection and includes 18' of 12-gauge power wire and a 5' ground wire. The electrical junction box rotates 180 degrees, giving you more options for how you route wiring based on where the pump is mounted. Thermal protection helps prevent overheating during longer fueling sessions, and the on-off switch lever with a metal stopping arm gives you a clear way to start and stop fuel flow at the pump.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Fill-Rite 12 volt, 15 gallon per minute fuel transfer pump with hose and nozzle and suction pipe. This is basically a complete, ready-to-go fueling system. It's not just the pump itself. Everything is matched and included so you're not gonna have to piece parts together. You're gonna get the pump, obviously, and then you're also gonna get this 12' long 3/4" hose, and this hose has a built in static ground wire for safety.
And then, you're also going to get this cast aluminum nozzle with a boot. And that boot's gonna, obviously, keep this attached to the the pump for convenience. And then, you're going to get this telescoping steel suction pipe. So, this is designed to mount right onto a standard 2" bung opening on your fuel tank. This is gonna pump up to 15 gallons per minute.
That makes this ideal for tanks in the 15 to 60 gallon range, so this is gonna be great for equipment, trucks, tractors, skid steers, or similar machinery. This is gonna move fuel quickly without being oversized for smaller tanks. This is gonna run on your standard 12-volt DC battery, like your vehicle battery, so you're not gonna need a 110-volt power nearby. This does come with the power wire that you see here, and the electrical junction box on the pump itself can be rotated 180 degrees, which is gonna make installation easier, depending on how and where you mount your pump. So, you're not gonna be stuck fighting the wiring.
The pump itself is built tough. It has a cast iron body and it uses a rotary vein design, which is known for reliable fuel transfer. There is a built-in mesh strainer that's gonna catch larger debris before it reaches the pump. That's gonna help protect the internal components. It also has thermal protection to prevent overheating during those longer fueling sessions.
And the duty cycle is 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off, so this is designed for steady work, not just, just not continuous all-day running. As I mentioned, our steel suction pipe is telescoping. And just give you a brief demonstration of that here. This is going to adjust from 20" all the way up to 34 1/2", so this is gonna be able to fit different tank depths. And the inlet is 1" female, the outlet is 3/4" female. This is gonna operate at a maximum of 16 PSI. And just to give you some measurements, here, looking at the overall length, we're sitting right about 13" long. The overall height is about 10 1/2", and the overall width, about 10 7/8". As for compatibility, it's pretty flexible. This is going to be able to work with diesel, gasoline, ethanol blends up to E15, biodiesel blends up to B20, kerosene, and mineral spirits. So, overall, this is a durable, all-in-one 12 volt fueling solution that's gonna be great for mobile or job site use. It's relatively fast, it's built from heavy duty materials. It's gonna be pretty flexible during the installation and it's gonna be compatible with a a wide range of fuels.
