Hi everyone. Aiden here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the second row WeatherTech HP custom fit floor mats on our 2023 Ford Bronco. This is gonna be a really good upgrade from the factory cloth floor mats, the carpet ones. If you're looking for something more weather resistant, something that's custom fit, and that has a much bigger coverage on the back seat, let's check it out. So right away, the big benefit here is that a big single-piece design rather than a two-piece design.
And on the back we're getting these anti-skid nibs all throughout. They're gonna bite into the carpet on the floor of our Bronco. That's gonna help it stay in place a lot more than the factory cloth ones. And because it's a one-piece custom fit option, that's going to help it hold in place too. Inside those carpet mats have nothing holding them in place, nothing on the back to bite in the carpet.
And it's just a small single piece. If I lay it over top the new WeatherTech mat, you're gonna see just how much extra coverage we get all along the side, along where our feet are gonna be. It's gonna extend further under that front seat so our passenger's feet will be on it more often. And then the whole bridge piece between the two mats is going to be protected as well. So if we did have a third passenger in the middle or we just maybe had a spill, it's an extra area that has protection.
The rubberized thermoplastic is fairly flexible so it's pretty easy to get in and out. But the large size of it, it's probably the one part that's gonna give you a little bit of trouble. What you can do is kind of feed that front in on both sides, fold it like a taco if you need to, and once it lays flat it'll conform around this middle piece of the floorboard and match all around the contours of the rails for our front seat as well as around the sides. Right out of the box you might notice a little bit of curling up around the edges where it doesn't lay perfectly flat. Just lay it outside on a hot sunny day or just let it sit in your car outside, and that heat will help it mold to the floor.
We left it out for maybe 20 minutes, if that, on a very bright day today in Missouri, so very hot, and it folded this down perfectly. It's laying flat really without any effort, and everything's matching up on that custom fit side that we want to. Those high sidewalls are gonna help keep any sort of moisture in. So if it's maybe snowy and that snow melts or you have a spill, it'll help keep it contained to the floor mat. And these raised ridges are gonna help keep our feet elevated out of that mess so we don't track as much out with us, making this pretty easy to clean up. And you might notice that at the front it looks like it doesn't get great coverage, but we have the front seats moved up as far as they can physically go. And I think honestly for most drivers you're not gonna have it moved up that far. It's pretty extreme. So it does get good coverage under the front seats too. And when it comes down to it, the carpet mats that come with your Bronco have pretty poor coverage and they don't stay in place very well. It's just a bad fit and the WeatherTechs give you much more coverage. It's a more weather-resistant material, and I think it looks good too. If you're wanting to keep the floors of your Bronco protected, especially in the backseat here where we might have some kiddos or pets, I think this is gonna do a great job. I always recommend someone outfit their whole vehicle with custom fit mats for the front seat and the cargo area too, just because all around protection is gonna look good 'cause it matches but it keeps your vehicle protected at the end of the day. And if you want something that's gonna you the maximum coverage with a really solid fit, then I think the WeatherTech HP mats are a great way to go for our 2023 Ford Bronco. Thanks for watching.

They fit great. Do trim them so they don’t get caught by the lower edge of the door and curl them up. Just noticed that there was trim instructions on the bottom of the mat. Now they fit great.
When you expect excellence get weather tech. Etrailer provided secure transaction and fast shipping.
This is the 4th set of Weather Tech floor mats we have used in different cars and truck. The fit is always great, and they hold up very well.
I have used Weather Tech floor mats in all of my vehicles. Keeps the interior really clean and protects the carpet.
Etrailer did a great job getting us just what we ordered.
HOWEVER, feedback to weather tech... we were looking for something that could cover up the metal latches on the floor in the back of the Jeep, bc my dog sits back there. This doesn't do what i needed it to do.
We may get a super cheap, cut out mat or a yoga mat for him.
I think he may have cut himself on one of the metal hooks. They are there for the storage bay, which we took out to make room for - guess who, ... the dog, LEVI!
I'll come back and add photos later..... Both of the DOG and the Mat!
I have always purchased the floor liners however I decided to try the 3d floor mats for my new truck. These are every bit as good as the liners in my opinion. They provide extra coverage over the door sills and are more pliable as well. The Weathertech name is imprinted on the mat instead of the label on the floorliners which will over time lose the adhesive backing and become dislodged with the heel of your shoes. Unfortunately I've had this experience with the floorliners, while not affecting its performance, it can be unattractive with glue residue left behind. I've always let the liners or mats sit out of the box at room temperature for 24 hours then install with perfect fitment every time. If you're on the fence about these mats give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
The floor mats ordered for my Ram have worked great. They have contained all the messes, and spills inside the floor mat. Excellent buy.
Y’all sent the rear seat floor mat instead of the front like I ordered.
Even though I checked to make sure these floor mats would fit my 2012 5500 Dodge Ram, the left side fit, but the right side does not fit very well.
The floor mats are a disappointment. They are too big and just don’t fit right. I removed the factory mats, but the only way they might possibly fit is if I remove all factory carpeting. I’m not going to do that. The hold down anchors are also in the wrong spots, none of the four anchors line up. They are not worth the price.
They are great! A friend has the non-HP version, and he uses a second rubber mat to get under his pedals completely, and this version solved that issue. They fit perfectly and look great. I have the limited, so the extra flaps DO cover part of the lighted sill plate. Not an issue, just wanted to mention that.
I just received my weather tech floormats. They fit perfectly and they look great !!!!
Always happy with WeatherTech floor mats and confident in etrailer fulfillment.

Great fit,great quality.
Easy to clean and carpet stays clean and ry, \
Easy to clean, carpet stays clean and dry. Mat goes under brake and gas pedal
and keeps dirt from falling down behind mat.
Nice mats. Updating tracking information would be helpful.
Perfect fit....2024 Ford F150 (carpeted ).
Theyre not as slipery as the original but they're very hard to clean. They due protect the carpet very well though
Really took an older Honda and made it look fresh!
Just put them in they fit well, seem well made
The weather tech HP floor liners are definitely superior to their original version floor liners.
HP is the only way to go…
Weather tech makes a great product. Straight from the box to the truck.
I don’t like the exterior ridge. I realize it’s meant to keep muck confined but it’s far too high and is clearly a trip hazard. I’m going to have to cut the edge so it can lie flat.
Great floor mats that fit perfectly
Very nice mats just as one would expect from WeatherTech!
Pricey but worth it!
