Hi everybody. My name is Andy with etrailer.com and today we're taking a look at Coghlan's 12 piece foot care kit. Now hiking can be very tough on your feet. So first, you will get a sheet of pre-cut moleskin pieces here that are there already precut or to useful shapes and sizes for your feet. So you'll get one of these and then you will get a one uncut moleskin sheet and you can create any size or shape that you might need. This is going to measure three inches by four inches, just to give you an idea of the size of that. And then you're going to get three, three inch adhesive strips, and then you're going to get five inch and a half adhesive strips. And these will protect and cushion cuts and blisters, or even act as an additional adhesive for the moleskin.

You also get two antiseptic swabs to clean problem areas before you apply the adhesive strips or the moleskin. And as you can see, it's very compact. So it's going to be very easy to store in your pack or in your first aid kit. It'd be a worthy addition to a first aid kit that you might already have.
