Your battery dies, so you jump it. While this starter is still connected, it recharges from your vehicle's alternator. You put it back in the case and move on, knowing it's ready for the next battery or the next job that calls for 24 volts.
Some people buy a jump starter, use it once, and forget to recharge it. Then, it's dead the next time they need a jump. That's why this one charges straight from your vehicle in about 40 seconds. After the jump, it refuels itself using the alternator, so you can pack it away and move on without adding anything to your to-do list.
This jump starter is built for serious starting jobs. It works with both 12V and 24V systems, and automatically detects the correct voltage when you connect the clamps. It doesn't matter if you're dealing with a roadside assist call, a fleet truck, or mid-sized ag and earthmoving equipment, there's no need to change settings. With enough power for gas engines up to 8 liters and diesel up to 7 liters, it's ready for heavy-duty work and high-usage environments. And if you need to top off a phone or tablet on the job, there's a built-in USB port for that too.
There's no special sequence, no buttons to press. Just connect the clamps and start your vehicle. If the battery is too low to detect, you can manually activate override mode. A color LCD screen shows your battery's voltage and alerts you to any faults, so you're never guessing what's going on, even if it's your first time using it.
Mistakes can happen when you're in a rush, or when someone else less experienced wants to help. The clamps are spark-free, so you can't connect them in a way that damages your vehicle. It also protects against short circuits, reverse polarity, over-voltage, and overheating. You don't need to manage any of it. The system handles those risks on its own.

Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at a Projecta Intelli-Start jump starter with included LED work light, USB port, and it works on 12 or 24-volt batteries and has 2000-amp capacity. So folks, this will let you recharge without a wall outlet if you need to. So, some people buy jump starters, use it once, forget to charge it. Then whenever they need it, it's dead. So this one will charge straight from your vehicle in about 40 seconds.
And then after your jump, it refuels itself using your alternator. So you can pack it away, keep it in the vehicle if you want, and move on without having to add anything to your to-do list. Now it does also give you the option to charge it from a wall and keep it charged that way as well, so you have both options. This can identify 12-volt or 24-volt systems. As you can see to start off it comes in a really, really nice pack.
Very, very heavy-duty, it's got a nice handle, it's got a lot of insulation in here protecting the whole unit. And it's this nice padded, formed right to the shape and everything. So I'm gonna go ahead and take everything out, I wanted to show you it in the bag just so you kind of see what all's going on here. And of course, a set of instructions. So again, take a look at that molded inserts and everything, it's all one piece, very nice design, very well-made.
So, starting off again, you have your USB charger and the adapter, and of course your wall outlet adapter. This is your base, it has a set of instructions on there as well. It says the LCD screen will turn off when charge is complete. It tells you how to turn the charger back on. You can see two contact points here, these are spring-loaded, that's what it's gonna be charging off of.
And it's got the plug here in the back, and whenever you have this plugged in it's nice and flush. That way you can set it flat still and do your charge. I'm gonna go and unplug that. Now the base of the unit here, you can see the two panels here, they're gonna match right up with that. And they're gonna be powering everything and charging it while it's not in use. This can start large gas and diesel vehicles, up to eight-liter gas and seven-liter diesel engines. So it's perfect for roadside assistance, maybe fleet use. And like I said, with the docking station here, you can set it and forget it, so it's always ready to go. And same thing with the case, you can throw the toolbox if you need to as well. It has a really nice intuitive LCD color display, let's go ahead and turn the power button on here real quick. And what it's gonna do is it's gonna see battery voltage, diagnostics, and fault alerts. And there's a lot of other screens and stuff on here that you can check out once you get the product. You've got lights of course, give me a second here, there we go. So if you want to see at nighttime you have lights and everything as well. And it will give you the battery charge levels as well. So again, you have a 24-volt in orange, 12-volt, your engine, the lights, and the power button. Now these leads that come with it, they of course are your standard alligator kind of leads, and they clip right around here. Excuse me, that's the packaging. And this just has a nice, really nice heavy-duty spring to it. So when you're not using it, you can put it back in place. And these cords, when I unwound them, they are 23 and 1/4 inches long. The charging cable here is 42 inches. And if you're wondering, these are four AWG cable sizes. So you have a nice cable up here built into the unit, so very nice, very robust made. I'm actually pretty impressed, this is my first time seeing this particular brand. And I'm pretty impressed right out of the box of the quality and just how well everything here has been made. And I do want to throw some images on the screen here for you real quick. So again, you can see the light on, you can see the power unit there. And then if you we inchesre charging like, a cell phone or something like that, you could do that as well. Folks, that will wrap it up for our quick look together. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
