Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this GSI Outdoor Tekk folding cutlery set. Now, this is a compact camping utensil set that's gonna give you virtually everything that you need to eat any camp meal. There's a fork, a knife, and a spoon. All are included in this convenient kit. And this is designed specifically for outdoor use, so it's practical without taking up much space.

Now, one of the best features is that the handles lock open while you're eating, so you're not gonna have to worry about the handle accidentally folding down while you're eating. Let me just show you real quick how that locks into place. So this is what the fork is gonna look like when it's folded, but then when you're ready to use it, you're just going to flip the handle up, just like that. And then we have this locking mechanism here that you're gonna just push down all the way, and then that's going to keep that locked into place, so that's pretty cool. These are going to stay secure and sturdy in your hand and you're not gonna have to worry about these collapsing on themselves.

And they don't have a flimsy feel. So when you're done, everything's gonna fold down into place. So that's the fork folded down. Here's the knife, obviously, that's the knife folded down, and then the spoon, like just like that. So when everything's folded down, each piece is going to measure roughly four to four and a half inches.

The knife might be a little bit longer. Let me see. Yeah, about four and a half inches or so. So very, this is gonna take up very little space when these are collapsed, when they're folded in on themselves. The overall length of each piece, again, it's gonna vary slightly.

But I actually didn't do this before our time together, so just roughly end to end, the knife is about seven and a half inches. The fork when it's open end to end about six and a half inches or so. And then the spoon when it's open, yeah, again about six and a half inches. So basically it's a full size set when it's unfolded. The handles are made from stainless steel and then the spoon, the blade, and the fork are made from, let's see if I can say this word, polyoxymethylene, also known as POM. That's a strong durable engineering plastic known for its stiffness, low friction, and ability to keep its shape over time. So that's what the part that you're gonna actually be sticking in your mouth is made out of. So it's gonna be easy to clean. You're not gonna have to worry about this being difficult to clean. And these items are gonna be built to last. Comes with a little gray cinch bag. So I actually did not fit all the utensils in the bag before our time together, so let's see how this works out. Put the fork in, put the knife in, put the spoon in, and then you just pull the draw string there. And then this, it has a little locking tab there, so everything's gonna fit in just like that. So pretty handy. It's gonna be able to keep everything in one place. And again, it's not gonna take up a whole lot of space. Kind of fits right there in the palm of my hand.
