Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this CargoAnchor cleat and hook tie down mount for your trailer with angle iron rails. Now this is gonna give you secure tie down points exactly where you need them. Instead of being stuck with fixed anchor spots, you're gonna be able to snap this cleat into your trailer's angle iron rail, and instantly create a strong anchor point for rope or hooks. And that flexibility is gonna make a big difference when you're hauling different types of loads on your screen.
I have an image of one of these in action just to kind of give you an idea of how this can be used. You're not gonna have to worry about any drilling or permanent insulation. This is simply going to slide into place and then it locks in with this included safety snap pin. So again, no tools, no modifying your trailer. If you wanna move it, you're just gonna pull that pin and reposition it.
Now, if you leave your trailer unattended, you could swap that pin out for a padlock, which obviously is not included with this. That's gonna help de turf theft by preventing someone from easily removing the cleat or loosening your setup. Another big advantage is gonna be, of course, that adjustability. You're gonna be able to slide the cleat along the rail anytime, so if your load shifts or if you're hauling something different tomorrow, you're gonna be able to quickly reposition your tie down point to match. This is also designed to handle mixed cargo really well.
The cleat and the hook combination means that you're gonna be able to wrap rope around it, attach standard hooks, or even use both together. That's gonna give you more stability and control compared to a basic anchor point. Another small but appreciated bonus is this does have a built in bottle opener right there. That's a nice touch at the job site or at the campground. Let me give you some measurements.
Looking at what I'm calling the overall height here, we are sitting pretty close to, it looks like right at about six and a half inches. That will stay position there. I'm gonna say pretty close to six and a half inches tall. The overall width, I'm gonna say right at about, right at about eight inches it looks like. And then the depth pretty close to about one and a half inches, maybe a little bit over. As far as compatibility goes, this is going to work seamlessly with cargo buckle, ratchet tie down systems. So if you're already using that setup, this is gonna integrate right in. If you happen to have any other questions though, don't hesitate to reach out. We do wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you need. Well, again, my name's Andy. Thank you for joining me.
