Love it!!!!!! Great ski rack replacement for older rack. The extended slide is incredible. The eTrailer support helped me pick the model that worked for my car and crossbars. Another wonderful purchase from my go to source for bike/ski or other related products!

Fits our 4 skis and 1 snowboard, 2 skis are for kids which makes it easier. Slide out is really helpful so we don't have to climb over the car to put things on the rack.

Decent rack for the money. The locks are a bit finicky due to the metal/composite combination. They definitely require graphite lubricant regularly. I've only used it with 2 pair of skis and it works well.

Howzit etrailer.com & staff. the rack itself is sturdy and more aero than comparable units. For my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek (OEM) Aero Bars, it was necessary to shim the (rear) lower/leading edge clamp assembly with two 1/8” x 1.5” x 1.5” (EPDM) rubber pads. The bars are shaped like a wing – and these shims helped to level the rear rack with the one in front. Overall - it looks very clean and functional. I might screw on some rubber ends over the ends of the mounting bolt to complete the project. Time to make some turns. Thank you!!

Great product at a great price. Fit an adult snowboard, two sets of adult skis (one set stacked, one set side by side because of how close the bindings were to the roof), and a set of youth skis. Fit snug. Only got up to about 73mph on the highway, but no issues. Some normal fluttering on the snowboard/skis. If you have a torque meter to tighten the bolts that's ideal but I didn't. I just got them snug enough to where I pulled back and forth on the rack and it didn't move.

Works awesome with the snowboards, easy to attach/detach, and durable. Locks and holds fine, initial ordering was confusing and hard to figure out since it’s not a package, and had to get individual components. Rhino rack could definitely improve that! Otherwise it would be 5 star.

Kuat is a high quality product with great customer service. This product plus E-trailer equals a win-win! This carrier is easy to install, works great, and looks good as well.

Used it about a dozen times in the 23/24 season including a multi hundred mile trip to Vermont and it worked great. It is a solid product with seeming quality materials. The switch feature is perfect when not utilizing the rack to transport gear. Gear is kept secure. It is easy to install and un/load equipment.

These rack are great, I have them on both of my SUVs all winter. The etrailer seevice was excellent as well.

Rack works great. Slide out makes loading and unloading much easier. So far we only put five pairs of fat skis on. Might have room for one more pair if I closed the gap between pairs but we didn’t need six pairs for that trip. Only problem was the rack froze up after driving through fresh rain. We had no problems with freezing while driving through salted slush. So far we’ve used it on two longer ski trips to CO from AZ. It’s quiet and strong. We once had a cheaper rack release our top model, expensive, skis onto the highway at 65 mph. That’s why I bought a Kuat.

Rivian R1T - easy install and great looks. Works fine with the Rivian crossbars. The slide out is a nice feature! etrailer - great, great customer service! I had issues with delivery and you were there. You answered my emails promptly and was able to resolve it quickly. Amazing!

This is a fantastic rack. Had it all last winter. Not only did it keep our skis secure, it looked great doing it - I got a lot of people asking about it when they saw me using it in the parking lot. The slide out feature is very handy once you get the hang of it. We did encounter issues with the slide out trays getting stuck with ice several times (I'm in the cold and wet NE) but I was able to work them free. We also had locks freeze up to the point where you couldn't get the key into the bolt to lock/unlock, which was annoying. Kuat support was great in sending new lock bolts when this happened though. I think the locks might need some weatherproofing to account for rain/snow getting in and freezing up the components, then allowing corrosion to set in and seize everything up. But no regrets! I have this and the Base rack for our bikes in the warmer months, so there's kuat on my vehicle all year round now.

Eventhough we had a damaged packaging problem with missing parts, I will still give etrailer and my sales rep Joseph 5 stars for replacing rack with a new one in a very short amount of time. Things will happen but it is how the company take care of the problems quickly is how I rate them as well. The racks are excellent and although there is a lack of snow now, I know they will be great. Heavy duty racks that lock to the roof rails as well as lock the skis on as well. Can't beat Kuat products. They are made well and work well.

Excellent ski rack. I purchased because I wanted absolutely no noise. This thing is super quiet went flipped up or down. Love the looks of it flipped down. Absolutely no complaints. Easy to use and set up.

Last year I purchased Rino ski racks from etrailer and they work great . The hardware fit my roof racks and all the fittings are tight. Ordering was easy.
