Very easy to put together, the videos definitely helped. Racks have been installed for 3 days with zero movement after installation and they are very quiet while driving.

Product is excellent quality! Would definitely recommend. My only complaint would be that the product came in 3 separate packages with 3 separate instructions so it wasn’t clear which one you should start with. Once we figured out the order of the instructions the install was pretty simple.

Everything fastened together well. A little air noise when using these, but I think I would get that wind/air noise with whatever rack I used. Install was easy and I was able to haul a surf ski on the roof of my jetta. All is good! Best part of this experience was working with the customer service - they did a fantastic job!
