Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers - 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb Axle
Should have installed system sooner. Items stay in cabinets. Most of the trailer bounce is gone. I would strongly recommend everyone getting the suspension system
Parts arrived in 2 days, everything needed was in the box. Tech support was helpful and the installation was doable for a beginner. Great product. Now for the joy ride. Thanks

Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers - 3,500-lb Axle
7-28-2023 1. The impression from "people" was usually "why shocks on a camper", which I would answer "why shocks on your car". 2. The ride was much better; as you may imagine driving your car without shocks. And the sway was minimized & the braking effectiveness increase. 3. We've sold that RV and on our new one already planning the install; and including the wet bolts and mod on the leaf-spring hangers.
All travel trailers should be equipped with shock absorbers. Roadmaster nailed it with the brackets which fit perfectly. Be sure to order the longer u bolts.

Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers - 8,000-lb Axle
Helped with the ride in our 5th wheel.
We installed these on our 2022 Riverstone Legacy 39RKFB and without a doubt they have saved us on broken rims (many have this issue) and the ride was an instant upgrade. We drove a 6500-mile trip over the summer to ZION and Rockies and no issues at all. I installed them myself and recommend them as an inexpensive solution to expensive independent suspension.

Lippert Bolt-On Shock Kit w/ Heavy Duty Gas Shocks - 3,500-lb (2-3/8") Axle
It turned out I needed to adapt the shock kit to my trailer's frame design, so I had a welding shop make mounting brackets which are bolted on to the frame, with the shocks then bolted on. I spent, as I recall, around $130 for the welding and installation, but the shocks work work well, the ride is better, and the trailer sustains less punishment from poor or potholed roads. I'm glad I installed this kit and recommend it.
Not a trailer, but... We needed a set of shocks for a three-wheeled motorcycle truck conversion for our resort/farm in upper Thailand. I had to pack it in my luggage for the trip over. The vehicle came with no shocks on the back axle and the ride was really bad. This kit, with a bit of modification, really did the job and the ride is now significantly better in terms of smoothness and handling. Shocks were a bit long, but it worked out OK.

Roadmaster Comfort Ride Add-On Kit for Triple Axle Trailers - 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb Axles
Prior to installing this kit, the tires would contact the wood floor of the 5th wheel (Cougar 25RES) and were starting to wear a groove. Now that the kit has been installed the rubbing has stopped. I've also noticed the drawers, that had previously self-opened, are now staying shut. Installation was fairly straight forward. I drilled and tapped the holes, for the plates, as the self-tapping screws refused to go in straight. I also put a nut on the outside screws, the others are blocked by the belly pan.
Installation Review (will update after road test) Great tutorial video. Highly recommend a quality bolt/nut loosening solution. Makes a big difference. Rented an angle drill for the top bracket 5/16th" holes due to low clearance (I ended up buying one it was so useful). Job went smoothly. I wouldn't cut your underbelly until after the install. I may not cut mine at all. Top of shock pushes against it but that shouldn't cause a problem. I added a number of photos, to include the solvent and jack. Top notch company with high quality merchandise.
