I got the product a little later than expected and came in a huge box that ended up moving the product around a little. It is all metal though so it was mostly still in very good condition. (little scratches here and there) Took me a while to figure out the pads due to the instructions being different from the actual product but very simple in general. I could put one together in maybe 30 minutes now. Tons of videos are online which take time to watch but are very helpful. Overall install went well and very happy with look of product. I am buying accessories today for both kayaks and bikes to be mounted on. Rhino Rack is also a great company to call. They will spend all the time in the world to help you with what you need. Etrailer might do this as well but I went with Rhino Rack. Now just waiting for summer!

Very Fast Shipping. Packaging was a bit overkill (a million metal staples), but package arrived 100% in tact Instructions were easy to read. After setting up cross bars in my house, I installed this rack on my 2017 Honda Civic Sport in about 20 minutes. Overall, not much wind noise added, feels pretty sturdy, and aesthetically nice. I will definitely recommend this product.

It took a few weeks longer to ship than expected but the etrailer staff was very helpful throughout the process, as far as the product goes..the instructions included listed incorrect dimensions for a perfect fit, also the actual brackets to attach the feet to the car weren't the right shape initially, but a few small sacks with a rubber mallet and now they line up perfectly with the vehicles roof line, overall a good product but I wouldn't recommend for someone who isn't fairly mechanically inclined and good with a tape measure to install.

Looks great, fits great. Only complaint is Thule's instructions. Took some time to figure it out, but once you figure it out it starts to make sense. Also watching a YouTube video of the product helped tremendously.

Everything went together without a hitch and really looks good installed. * We plan on carrying our 12 1/2' SUP's on the roof rack when we head out to the lakes. * It saves us time as our SUP's are inflatable, however it takes a bit of time to pump them up once we get there. Now it's just loosen them up and we're ready to go. Great job etrailer, I would definitely buy more products from your organization!!

Purchased full Rhino Vortex 2500 roof rack kit for both a 2012 & 2014 Honda Civic (kit fits both sedan years). Tried a Sportrack but feet fit on car roof was terrible. Rhino kit is far superior (pay for quality). Assembly was easy, as was installation. Appears to be a very secure fit. I will send pictures soon. etrailer has been very good to deal with. Barry

Excellent rack and very secure. Fits perfectly on my Honda Civic. I've been using it for my paddle board and it has been working out very well. High quality and easy install.

This kit fits the grooves on my 2017 Civic perfectly. You have to work with the alignment a bit, as I found the placement guide measurements are not quite right to keep things level. I was worried about the brackets damaging the doorwell, but the rubber coating is very durable and protects the paint.

Pretty solid and sturdy feeling roof rack. Stylish too. Instructions can take a while to understand due to the many pieces involved but the installation is straight forward with patience and understanding of what parts are what and where they go.

My Rhino-Rack Aero 2500 roof racks fit solidly on my 2007 Honda Civic EX. I was really impressed with the construction and strength of the rack system. Also the versatility of the 'legs' with a swivel pad allow them to fit any roof pitch perfectly. The clamps are so solid, nothing could knock these racks off. I added a paddleboard attachment and went surfing today. The black racks also look great with the black trim on my silver Honda. Great product at a much better price than Yakima or Thule.

Good quality rack system, easy to assemble and install, works well, looks good, fair price, I'm very satisfied with this purchase. Not the easiest to put on, but they feel completely secure. I'm confident that these will not abruptly come off of my Honda Civic 2013.
