Package arrived as stated with no holes or damage. Installation went well per instructions I did have to watch video to find out how to install bolts in frame. There was no figrue 5 in instructions. Bolts in frame would not fit in frame hole ended up grinding flats on two sides.

The adaptor itself is very well made and will work perfectly ! Mine just had a manufacturer defect and the two angles that should be parallel weren't. I called etrailer and sent them a few pictures of the adaptor, they apologized for the defect and immediately shipped another the same day and arranged for the return of the defective one.
