Best 2012 Keystone Alpine Fifth Wheel Trailer Lights

The lights came well packaged. All parts were included in a parts bag. I have some doubts as to the quality of the wiring connectors (3M 801). The white grounding wire is too short. I ran two additional lengths of ground wire directly to the lights and eliminated any trailer body induced grounding problems. The stainless bolts were 1/4" and I thought flat washers should have been included along with the stainless lock washers. I went to the local hardware store and purchased 4 each 1/4" flat washers to complete the installation. There was more than enough wire for my small PWC trailer. Installation was straight forward. The lights look very nice and are bright even in the daylight. Worth the purchase price.

Item arrived in neat packaging. Was as described. I installed same day on my travel trailer. Now I have better visible marker lights.stock lights were dim at best, these lights are far brighter. Service and follow through from Etrailer is truly the best.

Nice LED upgrade to trailer, easy installation

I wanted to change out the rear lights on my 1949 Chevy 3600. This is a daily driver for me, not some show truck, so I wanted to protect the lights as well. I started with a piece of 6” schedule 40 pipe. Then I cut a disk to mount the lights on with a hole saw and welded them in place. I cut a slot into the bottom of the driver’s side light and milled a matching slot in the pipe. This was to allow light to shine down on the license plate. Then a drilled and tapped #6-32 holes in the edge of the pipe so that I was able to screw the protective expanded mesh onto it. Last, I primed and painted them up to match as close a possible. Very happy with how it all turned out.

this was a very easy install. the holes were already there to place the lights. I ran new wiring from the hitch all the way to the lights. I brought the wiring in near the circuit box up front and ran it in the cupboards to the rear. (it was easier to run new wires, the old ones were pieced together) I also was able to get the dents out and stablize the bottom of the wall. I would recomend redoing the wires when you do this. It saves a lot of headaches trying to figure where your wire may be bad. The old lights were big and boxy.

Light was the same size as previous one on EZ Loader boat trailer. Easy to install and very bright. Original one made it 10 years and had moisture inside causing most of the LEDs to stop working.

Bought some LED tail/turn lights, license plate, and side marker lights, and they work great and the price was right. Replacing the lousy shin-killing original ones that used to stick out from the sides of the trailer and the flimsy plastic plate mount. Etrailer is the best as usual.

Bought 2 but couldn't get one to work. Didn't want to pay shipping for just the one light.

This is a good quality light, water tight and worked well. It has been on the trailer for over a year now and still has no issues. The lens can interchange on other similar bases, but if the base is old and damaged like mine was, this is a great replacement.
